Atlantis conducted an overall home plumbing inspection and replaced toilet parts due to age and also installed a new PRV after determining the water pressure was too high. They were extremely attentive to details and answered a lot of questions! Excellent experience!

EXCELLENT SERVICE. Could not ask for 2 better techs. They went over and beyond to see that we were happy with the install. I asked for a couple of minutes to quickly sweep/mop and they did it for me. I had leak from the bottom of my Toilet due to a worouot seal. I Contact the plumbing company they were nice and made appointment. The plumber that was sent was nice and knowledgeable he diagnosed the problem and explained to what was happening he fix the issue in less than 30 mins and With $8 item and it cost me over $300. You know what they say “you pay for convenience”. The cost of doing business. I would recommend this company

We have been using Atlantis Plumping for years and love their service. We had them out to our house today for some maintenance and repairs. The work was done professionally, explained thoroughly, and when the price crept up we discussed options and discounts. I would recommend Atlantis many times over.

First, I would like to say that plumber that was sent out was excellent. He was polite and cordial. My rating is on the company itself. I wish I had been told about the minimum charge of $350 on the phone when I called. I would not have chosen this company. The plumber had to tell me the minimum after he discuss the issue with me. The minimum charge should be told up front before a tech is even sent out. I will not use this company again for this reason. He only reattached the floatation device that lets the pump know when to come on and checked to make sure it was working properly. He gave me some advice about a problem I am having with water going into my neighbor's yard. Like I said, the plumber was excellent. It is not having the minimum price upfront when I called that I am most dissatisfied with.

Tony just left from repairing a cracked pipe and we are so pleased with his work. He found the leak immediately and walked us through each step of what he was doing and costs. Tony was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. We’re so thankful he was able to come out right away on a Sunday. Thank you Tony!

Called Atlantis for toilet issues. They were able ro get me on the schedule for the very next day. When the technician, John Henry, arrived I thought it was foing to take a while because I thought I was very involved. To my pleasant surprise, hw was done in no time. We’ve been dealing with some low water pressure ever since we purchased our home in June. Atlantis plumbing was able to get out to us very quickly. Tony was our plumber and he was quickly able to identify the underlying issues and recommended repairs. Tony showed a deep knowledge of his craft by explaining everything that he would do in a very easy to digest manner and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend.

Adam Adkin and Dale were fantastic. They were very professional and personable. They got right on the job and finished it up quickly. You would have received 5 stars but you office staff could use some help. They showed up as scheduled at 9:02 am. I would like to Thank Adam and Dale for being prompt and making me feel good about the job they did.

I received 3 phone calls from them this morning. The 1st call was at 7:10 am to return my call and schedule the tech to come out and look at things. This was done and the schedule was set from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The second call came in from Kayla at 7:34 am to schedule someone to come out. When I told her that this was already on the schedule she said "Oh I didn't see that". She then confirmed that it was scheduled and the tech would text me when he was on his way. Kayla then called me back at 7:37 am to tell me that I was outside of your area of coverage. I live in Powder Springs and your website says you work in Powder Springs. When I told her she had just called me a few minute's ago she denied it.

I called this company with an urgent need. They responded quickly and Brian performed the service. He took the time to discuss other plumbing concerns. Yesterday, my water heater exploded. They scheduled the replacement for the next day. The technician Ted, arrived on time and did an excellent job! They listened to my concerns and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Again, I was made aware of another potential issue. I would highly recommend using this company. I’m impressed with the professionalism of everyone at this company.

Excellent work from Atlantis Plumbing today on two of my bathrooms addressing a few leaks in my home. Dylan performed the work, and I highly recommend his expertise - efficient, diligent, willing to not only thoroughly explain and demystify much of the issues, but to go above and beyond as well, making additional fixes as necessary should he discover any other problems without distorting the original quoted price. Reputable company, and phenomenal plumber.

We had a pipe break in our basement this weekend and were in full panic mode. We couldn’t find anyone willing to come out on a Sunday, but after calling Atlantis, they had Robert Camp at our house within 30 minutes.

Robert was calm, professional, and incredibly reassuring during a stressful situation. He quickly identified the problem and had everything repaired within two hours. The service was efficient, knowledgeable, and truly above and beyond.

Outstanding experience! I called after hours at 5:14pm and needed someone quickly as an old valve had broken in our crawl space. Within the hour, Adam arrived. He was polite, professional, and fast. He went straight to work after listening to me explain the problem and after he generated an invoice with exact cost, which I signed. I've been consistently happy with Atlantis. A few years back they installed a hot water heater for me; this time Brian Miller came out and put in a new garbage disposal. Service was on time and the job was completed with no issues. I'd be happy to use them again.
