Arrived at 10:30 to the door locked so jumped in line with the rest of the customers. Was told by one of the customers the clerk was on his way from a dentist appointment. Stood there for 15 minutes when the owner walked by and told us the clerk should be there soon than got in his car and drove off. When clerk arrived around 11:15 he walked in with his lunch box and proceeded to lock door again without saying anything to us. At this time I left assuming he was going on his “lunch break”. Terrible customer service, gave two stars instead of one because owner told me he had part I needed before leaving us standing there.

Rick went above and beyond to help me with a plumbing part that I could not find anywhere in the state. It is hard to find great customer service these days. I greatly appreciate all of your help! You guys are wonderful and I would highly recommend your company.

More of a 2.5 star than a 3. But we'll round up to 3. Thought they would for sure be able to help. Upon clerk looking in a book for approximately 2 minutes and looking in back for about 1 minute. He tells me he doesn't have it and that was that. I asked if he would get anymore in, he said he didn't know. Lol. Asked where else I could go. He says some place in tucker. I searched nearby plumbing stores and found "Ferguson" - I stop in and the guy looked for 10 minutes but didn't have it. He then gets on a computer and finds what i need and gives me the info so i could order. I would suggest trying Ferguson before here. Just seem a bit lazy over at dixie.

The clerk was very condescending and rude when I inquired about a replacement fitting. It's a shame that this PLUMBING store doesn't seem to provide solutions to problems related to plumbing, however, the strangest thing about my visit was that the interior of the store smelled vaguely of ammonia; it was very off-putting.

Come here this morning for a price pfister Cartridge. I bought one from Amazon but did not work. I come here and they give me one which look exactly the same with the one from Amazon. I was concerned whether it would work… But staff here promised it would work. Then… it worked! Haha! They are pro! Never go to Amazon for the parts! Just come here!

Really good place. I went in with a rare, old part and while they didn’t have it in stock, the counter clerk helped me look it up on the internet and make sure I was identifying the right part, which was a really nice gesture by him.

My sink had off sized connections and I needed to install an under the sink water filter. I went to home depot, lowes and ace hardware looking for the correct parts. Each store sold me parts that didn't work even though I brought the filter, fittings and pictures of the underside of my sink. In desparation I tried the closest plumbing specialty store near me which happened to be Dixie plumbing. They were knowledgeable, courteous and solved my problem in less than 5 minutes and the total was the lowest of all the other stores I wasted time at. Thanks Dixie!

Just got a valve for a Delta faucet from them. Couldn’t be happier. Great plumbing supply store. Good friendly help and any part you want.

I had some annoying leaky faucets in my kitchen and bathroom that Dixie was more than happy to help me with. They took the time to educate me on what a valve cartridge was how to go about replacing it. I brought the part down, they quickly identified it and provided me with the correct parts. I am a customer for life!

Wow I’ve never been disrespected by a business owner so badly. I called in about whether they still had the mobile number that you can send pictures to and they use to help you identify the valve. The owner asked me when was the last time I visited his establishment. I told him I may have been a couple years being that I don’t actually live or do a lot of business in the Marietta area..And then told me I must not be much of a plumber if I’m not buying my supplies in bulk. I always thought of this place as my go to if you need a hard to locate part and have referred them to a lot of other plumbers and home owners. Never had a business do such a 360 on me for no other reason than being a loyal customer the 20 years I’ve been in the plumbing business And to top it Off for he then told me he can’t help me and then hung the phone up in my ear. I was astonished that a business owner would treat a paying customer so bad.

The big box stores didn't have the part except online, and it was only one part that I would have to track down other parts that fit. Called Rick at Dixie and he had me send a picture of the stem to him and he stated he had the full kit in stock. Picked it up from Rick (who is friendly and VERY knowledgeable) and received guidance about what to look for and then went home and installed. One stem leaked from the handle but Rick had covered that in the store and his fix worked like a charm. If I need anything else for my house plumbing wise I'll make it a point to go here!

A special thanks to Rick Birdsong for helping me get replacement parts for my 1986 shower and advice! Went together perfectly. It's strange being in my bathroom not hearing water dripping and it'll be nice not having at least 60% of my water going down the drain instead of making it up the shower head with the new diverter. I live in Kennesaw and the plumbing stores I called here told me to call Rick @ Dixie plumbing! I just wish someone would've told me what the H & C stand for on the new knobs. Joking! Thanks again Rick!

I've been here several times to find things I couldn't find elsewhere. The man that owns Dixie Plumbing is himself a plumber, very patient, and extremely helpful. On top of that, he's got inventory that other supply planes don't have. Best place to buy plumbing parts in Marietta, in my opinion.

Rick had the parts needed, didn't even blink an eye. He offered advice about the other items on the honey-do-list which was greatly appreciated. Many thanks to the owner of this wonderful business. If he did not have this valve, I would have had to purchase a new tub along with a new water delivery system. I do not have that kind of cash on hand. My house is 23 years old and parts are scarce. I traveled 40 miles. I purchased 2 replacement valves. Hopefully I get 30 years out the 2. Tell your friends don't give up until you talk to Dixie Plumbing. He saved me thousands.

They are insanely knowledgeable about parts and will help you find what you need. Both times I’ve been in they know what’s needed and whether they have it instantly, and have been very helpful. Absolutely will go out my way to go here. And there’s a sweet dog.
