This place is great. I was trying to replace a stem valve for a shower and they talked me through the whole thing.

The owner was very disrespectful and demeaning when I asked him about a specific fitting. The guy that usually helps me must No longer work there. Will not patronize this location again. Rude!!

Mostly a specialty store or special order, retro fits. My old boss would send me for repairs or rough fits. Always got an answer and a timely soultion.

This is my supplier of last resort. When I questioned his $60 shipping charge for overnighting a pinkie sized valve stem his response was to raise the price of the stem from $15 to $115! My true feelings can't be expressed in a public forum.

Sent away from both Home Depot and Lowe's - walked in and within two minutes good sir behind the counter not only identified and retrieved my parts- but explained in detail to me how to perform the repair (stems for American Standard part from the 60s) I can't say enough how much I appreciate someone with wisdom and experience to share and save me time and money- they could have sold me an entire kid but sold me only what I needed- Will go here first for all my plumbing needs from now on. Thanks!
