I am so pleased with the work that Fletch-Barney has done to fix the plumbing problems at my house! Victor and Garland came out to troubleshoot our low water pressure and a leaking shower. They were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. And they fixed what was wrong so quickly! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Their excellent customer service and very fair pricing set them far apart from the others!

As a homeowner for more than 30 years, these folks are far and away the very best plumbing experience I have ever had. Timely, honest, affordable and knowledgeable. They saved me from three other completely worthless companies who just gouged me and left without solving the problem. Wish I could give more stars to Lee and his team.

Absolutely dishonest and crooks, and they trespass on private property. They won’t provide a detail bill and charged over 580 for a drain clearing to an easy accessible pipe , and never gave upfront pricing nor had my signature to approve work.
Also (2) fernco boots are on the pipe and all they needed was a nut driver and to remove the elbow and clear it.

The only offer they made was $550 to upgrade the 2 inch elbow to a 3 inch elbow , what a joke.

    Stay away !!!

Waterlines servicing a row of townhomes burst during the recent snow storm experienced in the Atlanta (Brookhaven) area. The Property Manager contacted Fletch-Barney and received immediate emergency response. Ken and Jason were the 2 primary plumbers assigned to area in which I live. They worked long, hard hours in the freezing cold and continuously kept me informed over the days it took to complete the extensive repairs.
Our Community has used Fletch-Barney for years and have never been disappointed in their work ethics & professionalism.
Again, thanks to Ken & Jason & the team that worked in our area.

Cody was on time, professional, pleasant and did a great job fixing my plumbing issue.

I have used Fletch Barney before and they have always been great. Our HOA has used them after an emergency water break and they didn’t leave until the job was finished and service restored, even though they were here until after 11:00 pm.

Fletch Barney is a great company. I highly recommend them.

Fletch Barney did a great job on a water heater replacement. Sales approach was consultative and helped educate me on what was truly needed. Another firm tried to upsell me on add-on work that was not necessary. Their pricing was competitive and the installation technician showed up on time, was very professional and respectful, made sure I did not need the add-on work another vendor tried to sell me, and was very efficient doing the installation. I plan on using them for any future plumbing work needed.

Excellent company to work with. Very responsive and were able to help coordinate meeting my needs when selling my home.

Fletch-Barney is the best! Jody and Kayden came out and replaced two toilets and faucets. They were so nice and professional. I will continue to us Fletch -Barney for my plumbing needs.

Had a main water line break to our town home. Called Fletch-Barney and they were out within 4 hours on a Friday. They provided a fair quote on replacement of the line that ran under our driveway and under our concrete slab garage to the house. They provided a temporary work around for water for the weekend (and stopped the leak to the street) until they could mark utilities and schedule service. They were amazing, professional. They replaced the water line, tunneling under the concrete. Their work exceeded expectations. Thanks to the team, especially Allen and Ken. I would highly recommend for any major work.

Excellent service! Our hot water wasn't working upon our return home from vacation. I called on a Saturday at 5:30 pm and a technician was to our home by 7 pm. The technician was knowledgable, efficient and super personable! Hot water was restored timely and with wonderful service! I will definitely use Fletch-Barney for future plumbing needs.

Water line to the house burst during the latest winter storm. Called in and got prompt emergency service. The crew was fast, efficient and they explained everything through the process including me in the decision making. Much appreciated! Oh, and after having to dig a hole in the yard they took care in fixing things back with care.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fletch-Barney for any of your plumbing needs. Quality at a fair price and above all honesty! Hard to find a company with these values these days.

Extortion! Rude office manager. Do not use!

I am getting my shower redone and had the whole wall open for the shower kit to be replaced. When I called I asked how much it would cost. Olivia said it is $225 for the first hour, she asked a technician who said it would take approximately an hour with the wall completely open.
-An hour into my scheduled arrival time I was called and told they needed to reschedule until the next day. That was a wasted hour of my travel time and inconvenience!
-The next day the truck arrived with 2 guys, a plumber and an apprentice.
-The plumber asked if I wanted to have the showerhead raised higher and I said sure. I asked if it will take an hour and he said maybe an hour and a half. *******I was not given any other estimate on cost so I assumed $225*1.5 hrs + the cost of pipe. ****

MY INVOICE WAS $710, PLUS $35 IF I WANTED TO USE A CREDIT CARD!!!

I was charged for 2 people, 2 hours + material and some other ridiculous thing. I didn't receive a written nor emailed invoice so I can't itemize the extortion.

I called the office expecting to speak with a sane person who could see this was an exaggerated cost more than 3 times what was expected especially considering they wasted an hour of my time having to sit through 2 appointment windows. Instead I got Kristin, the office manager. I assume she has to deal with irate customers that are overcharged a lot and that is what makes her so condescending, rude and miserable. I told her I would tell everyone I knew about my experience with Fletch-Barney. I would like to thank Kristin for giving me the idea to write a google review because now I can tell the internet!

I am extremely pleased with the work from Fletch-Barney to fix the plumbing problems at my house! I have had this issue for years where backup/clogs were happening almost every two years. Victor and Nate came out and took care of the clog that day but also assessed my bigger plumbing problem and talked through my options with me, which I had heard from another plumbing company nearly 2 years prior for nearly double the cost that Fletch-Barney charged.

Victor was very knowledgeable and provided the most comprehensive explanation so I could really understand what they needed to do. He answered all my questions and "what if's" that made me feel comfortable to have him come back and do the job. In my case, the "if that doesn't work, we'll have to do..." ended up happening after digging up my front lawn to uncover that Plan A was not going to work. Victor reassessed and brought out the "big guns" - the owner, and they assured me that drilling into my foundation would resolve my problem from happening again. It turned out to be a much bigger job than what I originally expected, but Victor and Nate made sure that I was fully functioning and my yard was back to order before they left that night - they even brought in additional guys to make sure they could get done before it got super late. All the work and communication they did really eased my mind and reassured me that I made the right decision to use Fletch-Barney.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Their excellent customer service and very fair pricing set them far apart from the others, no doubt.

I was given their number via a purchased water heater from home depot; my window was 10-2 they called at 730 to tell me they were on their way and at 1045 they arrived. quoted me 1600 to install the heater i already had and then pressured me when i stated 1600 was too much.
after telling them i went with another company, i'm still getting calls a week later to install.

Terrible people. Ordered hot water heater on Thursday set for it to be delivered on Saturday but called an hour after the set time frame of 12-4 said they wouldn’t get to it. Set for Sunday morning 8 to 12 called at 11 said they wouldn’t be able to get to me within the time frame said I was still on the schedule. Waited 2 hours and called again they said he might be there all day. I’m no going to wait 2 years for a hot water. Home Depot shouldn’t deal with them.

I requested a quote to install a Home Depot Water heater; I would buy the water heater and surge tanks. Your quote was roughly double that of the plumber we eventually contracted with. It was my assumption that Home Depot and ARS offered this product and service as a convenience to the customer. I saved nearly $500 using a traditional plumbing contractor. This reflects poorly on both ARS and Home Depot.
