We cannot thank Tom and Andrew enough for the incredible work they did replacing our mainline. This was a very challenging job that required extensive labor, patience, and real expertise — and they absolutely delivered. Beyond their obvious knowledge and experience, they were both so friendly, positive, and sweet throughout the entire process. Their attitude made a tough situation much easier to deal with. Exceptional work and even better people. Highly recommend!

Tech was very pleasant, communicated arrival time. Installation of touchless kitchen faucet. Only reason for a 3 was that I had to get Kohler tech support on the phone to figure of why the touchless wasn’t operating, which used my time. They were able to guide him thru issue and was resolved. I should have gotten a little bit of a discount for my assistance. Still a good company overall.

Great experience! Plumber came to check for a leak and could not find one. He did share what I knew. House is older and it's time to do some upgrades on pipes. Very professional yet straight forward. I was pleased with the inspection and feedback.

I have to admit that I found Atlantis plumbing by accident using a keyword search and I thought I was calling another plumbing service… Sometimes accidents work out and I have been thrilled with this company so much so that I had them out twice in a week to fix a water leak and then to install two bathroom faucets. Sandy Hoskins Is an amazing master plumber that is super knowledgeable and's provides great customer service. Speaking of customer service, Kayla (dispatch?) was also very courteous and kept me posted on the schedule. You will not go wrong using this company for your plumbing needs!

I had an amazing experience with Atlantis Plumbing and just had to share! From the moment I first called, the communication was clear, friendly, and professional. They sent someone out to inspect a water main leak on my property, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

The staff that came out were not only on time and respectful, but also incredibly informative. They took the time to explain what was going on, what my options were, and how the repair process would work. Even the people I spoke with over the phone were helpful and kind—great customer service all around.

John was great.. called them for assistance and within 4 hours there were here. He was able to troubleshoot and explain what was going on as well as how to resolve. At the end he gave me his cell # and told me to reach out anytime if I need anything else. 10/10

Eric and Alan of Atlantis Plumbing did an incredible job installing two water heaters. The plumbing work they did was expertly done and they are two of the nicest, down to earth guys you’ll ever meet. We had one water heater leaking a few weeks ago and Eric modified the piping so that we could run on one water heater until we were ready for the replacement of both water heaters and he did it at no charge. Eric and Alan are honest, trustworthy guys and we plan to have Atlantis Plumbing, Eric and Alan do some additional work for us. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

Another great experience with Atlantis. John and I decided there’s no more plumbing issues to address in this house! They’ve done our main line replacement, water heater, full re-pipe, fixture replacements and full basement remodel. Well,this old house is at it again😌. Toilet and wash sink valves started leaking,other's wouldn't turn. Called Atlantis, they were able to send tech the next day. Very professional ,came in checked water pressure, valves and got to work. Had to remove some old metal piping ,valves and lines. Thanks again for rescuing me..lol. I can't wait to remodel, I know who will be doing the rest of my plumbing needs. Happy Holidays

Lost hot water due to faulty water heater. The two techs did great work. Cleaned up nicely. The company needs to improve its communication from its office. I was told the techs would arrive from 12-4pm. I called at 5pm to make sure they were on their way as i feared the office closed at 5pm and didn't want to go another night without hot water. The operator told me she would check on status of the techs and call me right back. When i didn't hear back by 5:45pm i called again and the same operator told me they were 5 minutes away. The follow up can improve but overall very happy that we're back to normal with hot water. Reasonable pricing too.

PLEASE read this review if you found these folks on Thumbtack and are doing extra research and/or looking for a way to contact them directly. Also, look at my other reviews: They are overwhelmingly 5-star, as I don't believe in doling out reviews that hurt individuals' reputation without just cause. Long story short, my experience with HEC made me more disappointed and frustrated with humanity than it did angry, and it cemented my cynicism - not something the world needs more of.

I decided to call the number directly in their profile picture on Thumbtack because I know how that platform works, and I thought it was just a decent thing to do and cut out the middleman because they take a substantial cut of these service providers' profits. However, if you have an experience like I did, you'll be left holding the bag with no means of recourse.

At first, I was very appreciative of the timely and clear communication from both Houston & Tisha. Within a fairly short timeframe, Houston came out to fix the leak and replace the valve stems in my bathtub for a relatively reasonable price, and that was that. However, just over a week later, one of the valve handles came loose. Admittedly, I can probably fix it myself, but A) I didn't want to fool with it and somehow void any service guarantee and/or his willingness to fix it and B) out of principle, I shouldn't have to fix anything that wasn't fixed properly to begin with.

No matter - mistakes happen, so I called them back. Houston was helpful and friendly on the phone, saying he'd make it right, though he recommended I buy new replacement parts on my own to have ready for him, to which I agreed and thought was a great idea.

The problem is that I never heard back from him. I texted & called multiple times over the following weeks and finally sent an email, as it was the only communication avenue I hadn't tried yet. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt in terms of communication issues, but then the pragmatist in me pointed out the obvious: They already had my money from the initial (and inadequately completed) job, and it was easier to simply ghost me. Other than for the sake of being a good person, maintaining a solid reputation, and honoring a deal that was made for a service to be provided, there was no incentive to this service provider to follow through.

The worst part of it is that I even see read receipts on my phone, so I know he's seen my texts. But now that over a full month has passed with no attempt to make this right from their end, I'm tired of the mental stress, and I'm thankful to be at a point in my life where, maybe unlike some others, $350 isn't worth tarnishing my reputation.

If this hasn't dissuaded you from using HEC, I hope you have a better experience than I did.

I called and spoke with Houston concerning my sink separating from my quartz countertops. He came out the next day and made the repairs. The cost was fair and it looks great. I would definitely use him again.
