Stephen was great. Showed up early did some diagnosing and communicated very clearly what options we could take to get the issue fixed. Got the issue fixed, ran multiple tests to ensure it was fixed and left the area as clean as it was when he arrived.

They did a lot for a little water damage literally ripped carpet and walls out. I think I have a larger problem now then when I began. I initially called a plumber to fix a leak and they sent out a water damage guy also. Didn’t ask they just sent this guy he arrived before plumber and suggested a clean up through my insurance. I didn’t realize at the time it meant compleat demolishing of my basement. Also while Roto guy was here I was having my septic tank drained by a great Co. But Roto guy said if I wanted a second opinion from their trusted friend septic co. was a red flag because the company he kept saying they trusted whole heartedly literally screwed me a couple years ago for thousands. So when Roto suggest a septic co they call One way which is a big No No. Now I’m stuck with a bigger problem then when I began.

Submitted a request for a technician to take a look at my water heater. Scheduled “appointment” was at 9am and I was sent an email confirmation. I eventually called at 11 for an ETA. I was told they would be finishing an existing job and headed my way. Technician reached out around 12 saying they are finishing up and would be heading my way. Finally around 2 I just cancelled. I took the day off from work as I anticipated their arrival. I have worked as a security install technician so I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I have been held up on jobs but there was no communication. They will confirm your appointment and not show.

Steph from Roter Rooter came to my home. My phone call to the company was late. I'm so greatfull to him dor coming and correcting my leak. He was so very kind and understanding. To my surprise he didn't take long to fix the issue. He eve made sure my water pressure was good. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would he deserves it.

The technician that came out to service our hot water heater was very informative and gave us the best options. The price for the new hot water heater was very reasonable and it came with a discount. I would highly recommend their services and they provided good finance if needed. I did not take long for them to install and they cleaned up everything up. I was very happy with the service they provided.

I had an ongoing issue with my toilet leaking and making noise, and nothing I tried worked. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes, and walked me through the repair options. They replaced the faulty components, cleaned up after the work, and made sure everything was working before leaving. The price was reasonable and the customer service was excellent. I'm really happy with my kitchen sink repair. I called 2 other plumbers this morning who could not come out same-day. But Roto-Rooter came out within an hour. The plumber, Narcis, was very professional and fixed the problem right away while explaining everything and showing me the clog as well as a potential future issue with my old garbage disposal. Great service!

We got a fast response from Derek Spicer. He arrived within 2 hours of our call and repaired our toilet quickly. He was very friendly and respectful. We are very pleased with the service we got.

Overall it was a good experience. I got them to come out to my grandmothers house to get her sewer cleared. Pricing seemed a bit high but plumbing in general is. The technician did a fine job. Worked diligently. He called the camera supervisor out, Robert. Robert did the job and when it was finished he said “I’m going to go to Gwinnett and when I’m done I’ll email you a copy of the footage I did with some commentary. It will be a few hours from now”. Well that was back in mid-December and I never received the footage. I made several contact attempts but apparently it doesn’t mean anything. The last time I called in I was given his direct cell phone number and I never heard back. I’ve pretty much gave up. I figured he never actually recorded anything and didn’t want to say that. Overall, for the service of clearing the pipes, they did good. Customer service and following up to voicemails and promises that were made, you can forget it.

I would have given Wayne, the technician that actually cleared the pipes, 5 stars. If Robert Ethel (camera supervisor)did what he said or at least within a week or so got back to me with the footage, still 5 stars. However since I still haven’t heard back going on two months now, I’ll give 3 stars.

Roto Rooter reached out and got me the footage. They were very nice about it and apologized about the delay. Since they were very prompt in reply I will increase my star rating from 3 star up to 4 star. Thank you.

Highly recommend Roto-Rooter. In a very unfortunate situation with a toilet overflow with sewage water, they came quickly and had experienced supervisors/plumbers and demo crew. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, honesty and communication from beginning to end of the project.
