Quit doing business with Ferguson 3 years ago due to horrible service. Recently placed a couple of orders to see if customer service had improved. I can definitely say it has NOT improved, in fact it's gotten worse. When placing the 1st order they refused to take the order because we had a $300 credit, they said I had to resolve it with their finance department. I could understand if we owed them money, but they wouldn't take the order because they owe us money. Took almost 3 days for the finance department to resolve the issue. Orders were totally screwed up, wrong items picked from warehouse, damaged goods, no communication. I could keep going but the rating of 1 star was earned.

First time here, I walked in with a shopping list, and Mickey from behind the counter helped me get every item I needed, and even pointed out a few I didn't need to save some money. Excellence in action. Well done. Very glad I got the recommendation to come here. And oh yeah, the hot water heater was a full $100 cheaper than Lowes for the same thing.

I was in the store to get a part for my leaking tub and James Sams was great. After I explained the issue and showed my pictures, James told me I was looking for the wrong thing. He was able to find the correct part and demoed how I would replace the pressure balance cartridge. I was able to follow his instructions to fix the leak and this girl made her plumber daddy very proud! All thanks to James!

I recently had a plumbing issues and called Bluefrog Plumbing located in Marietta. They sent one of there technicians (Mr Murray) who handled the issue with professionalism, precision and tenured expertise. Mr Murray provided a quick assessment and solution within minutes. He handled the space around him with respect and care. I highly recommend Mr Murray for any future plumbing issues. This company provided great customer service with affordable pricing.

Bluefrog's master plumber came out to he house and resolved a problem we having a difficult time locating. They used a camera to inspect our basement plumbing and spent quality time locating the problem that cause water in our basement. They wrote up a detailed inspection for our insurance company Totally worth the time and money. Quality work and experience.
