They were very friendly and professional. Reasonably priced for the work that they did. They were efficient and were able to get our tree removed and the others pruned safely and quickly. I really appreciated that they cleaned up all the pine needles and wood chips before they left, and left it better than they found it. I will be using them again next time I need a tree removed.

When Rovelo and his crew finished the job and the cleanup, I felt they deserved 10 stars! I have a lot of experience with hiring contractors, including tree guys, and I am not often impressed, yet this time I definitely was.
This was a rather complex job - the tree was very large and had to be cut piece by piece. Rovelo gave good estimate, his reviews were all good too, so I decided to hire them.
The guys all worked like one well-oil machine - everybody knew exactly what to do at all times. They took good care of the property and left it even in a better shape than it Rovelo is not only knowledgeable about his trade, but also personable and easy to work with, as well as the rest of his crew. From now on they are my new go-to tree guys, and I will be recommending them to my friends.
Also, my neighbor saw them work and right away hired them to cut one of his trees the very next week. Their work is their best advertisement. I wish there were more contractors with their work ethics.

Top Pines Tree Service did a great job for us today. They removed a very large, triple trunk, river birch tree that was close to our house. They were very responsive to our call, arrived an hour later, and the tree was down a few hours after that. Their extensive experience was quickly evident as they lowered each piece and avoided damaging our shrubs, sprinklers, sidewalk, driveway, and septic tank.
