My neighbors used Chapman this week and we were impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. What impressed me the most was that I looked out my window and noticed that our house cleaners had car trouble and one of their crew members took the time to look under the hood and fixed the issue. We will definitely call them when it comes time to remove some of our large trees in the future.

Once again, we were very pleased with the work done at our home by Chapman's Tree Service. They arrived on the date and time promised, were professional, polite, well organized, and efficient. Sheets of plywood were placed over our Zoysia lawn for protection during the tree removal. When they were finished, there was absolutely no visible damage and the crew did an excellent job of cleanup. I would highly recommend Chapman's Tree Service to anyone and should we need any trees removed in the future, we will certainly choose Chapman.

Chapmans came out and removed over 10 HUGE pine trees from our yard and when they were done, we couldn’t even tell they had been here except for the beautiful sunlight coming into our house!! What a professional outfit they are! The equipment was amazing in that it didn’t tear up our lawn at all, and they cleaned up our driveway before leaving. They arrived right on time and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Their price was right in same range as the other quotes and we made the right choice with Chapman’s. Can’t go wrong with Chapmans for tree work…will definitely use them again because living in GA, you always need tree work!

Two thumbs up for Chapman. I sent them an email for a quote, they quickly came out, and sent me a quote. The quote was a fair price and I agreed to it. Chapman then quickly came out a few days later and removed the tree efficiently. Their team was professional and they have the equipment needed to get the job done. Will call them in the future

Chapman tree cut the trees i had over my driveway. They where also under my power entryway. They cut everything and clean up the mess. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Chapman's! We had a massive project, needing 20+ trees removed from our backyard, and they handled it quickly and efficiently. They quoted it as a 3 day job, and they were in and out in a day and a half. They kept us informed throughout the process so we knew what was happening, and provided exceptional customer service by cleaning up all of the leaves and dirt before they left. Cannot recommend them enough!

Chapman removed oak tree (and ground stump) from my front yard a few weeks ago and I was amazed how efficiently and quickly they completed their task. They arrived on time and came prepared with all the equipment needed from start to finish. Their cranes enabled them to remove the tree without any damage to my yard and their crew also cleaned up any debris left behind. Their office staff were professional, kept me informed and their pricing is competitive.

I have used Chapmans personally and professionally for clients as well. They are professional, prompt and true to their word. Their rates are competitive and they do a great job! While it may not be the check you want to write, the folks at Chapmans make it a little more bearable. And there is nothing better than letting your 7 year old self watch the tree float over your house via a crane.

I had a local company quote 6k for one poplar on my property. Ran into Link at Racetrac down the street and asked if they could come through and quote the job. Charged a day rate that was less than the original quote for 1 one tree, removed 6 trees, and pruned the remaining trees on my property. Nothing hit the ground on my property, they cleaned up as though they were never there.
I rarely endorse companies for fear of something going bad. These guys get my 110% recommendation. Thank you Link, you run a top notch crew.

Todd Chapman and his company was referred to me by a trusted friend. I have never had trees removed before, but I had to have 15 trees removed before I started by pool build. They removed very large 30 foot trees and one of the guys even cut a few branches on another tree for me that were not in my job quote as a courtesy. I had no idea what to expect, but this exceeded expectations of what I could have ever imagined. These guys ⁹showed up on time, very professional and friendly, neat and clean and all worked like syncronized swimmers. It was quite an impressive operation. I thought all my neighbors were going to pop popcorn as they were all sitting on their front porches or looking through their blinds in awe. They used a crane and didn't damage on thing on my property. They were literally in and out in 2 hours total. I would highly recommend Todd Chapman and his company to anyone needing tree services. His pricing was very competitive and well worth every penny! Todd was true to his word and very accomodating to my scheduling needs. Thank you Todd and company! You guys really do make this look easy!

Job: 2 large oaks removed and debris hauled away. Difficult location in backyard.

Pros: friendly day of team, got the job done

Cons: Little communication after signing. Didn’t use crane for second tree and dropped heavy limbs on drain field -I communicated with Todd about the no drop zone and made the poor assumption it was communicated to the team, they corrected when I addressed it. Todd also claims he never promised they would use the crane for both trees, but that was the whole premise of me hiring them. Damaged my gutter -I know they saw it and chose not to inform me, I found it days later. Difficulty working with Todd after the fact and said would follow up and hasn’t in the past 2 months.

Overall as a new homeowner I learned a lot about working with contractors. Personally I’d work with another company in the future but they did get the trees down. If you’re considering them I’d just keep a close eye on the work and speak more with the day of team. In all fairness, I think for most jobs they would do good work and my job was particularly difficult.

From estimate to clean up, Chapman’s Tree Service exemplifies professionalism and customer service. Mr Chapman is a wealth of knowledge in the tree business. His calm demeanor and approach is so helpful when dealing with taking down trees.
The entire Chapman team couldn’t have been more professional and respectful of our property.
We had five over 5 ‘ caliper pine trees to be removed. Three of the trees were unhealthy and treacherous. Chapman brought in their crane and their team removed them with zero evidence that they were ever there except for the stump.
The team of Link, Bobby, Juan, Daniel, Cole and Thomas worked professionally navigated the busy traffic in front of our house and left our home and property spotless.

I literally have never worked with a more professional team of people in any aspect of my work or life than Chapman's Tree Service. From the start Todd was calm, cool and collected when he came to inspect the giant tree leaning on the back of my house. After other companies tried to scare me, Todd put me at ease that this was something they could handle, no problem. Even though they had to bring in a crane on my front lawn to get the tree out, they did not even bend a blade of grass. They were efficient and polite, and left the areas they worked cleaner than when they arrived. With my husband out of the country, I was a wreck worried about that tree for weeks and they made it so easy for me that I will always be grateful. If I could give them more stars I would. Cannot recommend enough.

I am so pleased with the excellent service I received from Chapman’s tree service, Inc. I had two very tall trees fall in my backyard, which was hard to access, and a third huge tree that split and fell between other trees. Chapman’s came out, assessed the situation, explained everything, and did an amazing job carefully removing the trees from my property, which was quite dangerous , as they had to lift part of the trees over my house. They also did a great job with cleanup afterwards, you almost wouldn’t know they had been there, and they did it quite fast. It was amazing! These are true professionals who know what they’re doing. Pleasant people, excellent work. Kudos to Link, the lead guy, and Andrea at the office. I highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed.

This company is amazing! They were professional, efficient and cost-effective. The staff was also very friendly. They took down my 30 foot tall Loquat tree from my patio, ground it and looked after my landscaping. They are highly recommended and I will continue to use their services.
