They showed up on time and did a fantastic job of the removal and clean up of debris and hauled it all away. Highly recommend them!!

Chapmans tree service was awesome. Showed up, when they said they would, all these guys jumped out of the trucks, looking professional, got right to work, knocked out 2 trees and some canopy raising, cleaned up to perfection and were gone. Next morning stump guy shows up, grinds stump, asks if I'm satisfied and gone. What more could you want!

This is the 2nd time I have used them. They are on-time, do an outstanding job, are very knowledgeable and friendly, clean up afterwards. They bring the necessary equipment to get the job done in the shortest amount of time. They are very price competitive! I would highly recommend Lane and his crew.

Called on Thursday, 10/29 to get an estimate for a fallen tree. I was told Todd would be out to my house that same day or the next day in the morning. No show! Tried to call the company, left a message, no return call. I understand that the tree companies were VERY busy during this time but communication is essential when you are running a business because in the end when you are NOT so busy you might want my business and I will remember you were the ones who didn't communicate to me and stood me up. I hope they don't use Covid-19 as an excuse to treat potential customers in such a rude manner because people seem to be using that one a lot for bad customer service.

Exception service and response. Their crew works like a well oiled machine and doesn't stop until the jobs done to your satisfaction. My service occurred 2 months ago, but just now getting to the review, but every time I pull into my driveway I think about how good my trees/home looks now. Highly recommend!!!!!

Awesome job taking down 5 large trees in our backyard without any damage to any nearby structures including our house and pool. Very professional, courteous, and fair price. We will definitely use them again!

I called them for and estimate to clean up branches that had already been cut down and to get a quote for removing several trees they were a total rip off and honestly felt like i was being taken advantage of because I’m a woman. They quoted me $2800 to clean up already down brush and another $1200 for topping off several trees( not even removing them). I had several other companies come out for an estimate and got quoted $500 for clean up and $895 to remove a large tree in the front yard. There prices are outrageous.

Don't call anyone else- I had the crane service- one in the crane, one in the tree and the rest handled cleanup, setup, and wood chipping. And they did not destroy my yard- one call that is all. very professional and efficient, also did not hear a chainsaw all day. Call them!

Chapman’s Tree Service: It takes a lot to impress me, and I am thoroughly impressed. First off, Todd Chapman is as honest as the day is long and will not sugar-coat anything, but instead tell it like it is and I like that. He knows about trees, knows if they are sick and in need of taking down or just need a trimming here and there. There is none of that typical good ol’ boy attitude in him, but just practical common sense relating the facts and he will not nickel and dime you, but instead surprise you with an honest, reasonable, and very fair estimate. Melissa in the office will keep you informed as to when your service can be scheduled and they will arrive at your property on time. And then there is the crew that comes to perform the miracle. Bobby, the foreman is amazing and every one of his crew is friendly and conscientious, careful not to damage any of your plants or shrubs and each knows exactly what he is doing, and they work together like a well-oiled machine. It’s worth getting out the lawn chair and a packed lunch just to watch them do their thing; they have it down to a science and you will be amazed at how quick and thorough they are, how agile their tree climber is - like a spider with a chainsaw, and how strong each of them is carrying off heavy tree trunks over a shoulder that I couldn’t even budge one end of. And they clean up after themselves, leaving your property pristine like they were never here. Yes, I recommend them and if I need a tree service again, they will be my only call.

Best possible value from a tree service company. One short day after Atlanta’s Snowpocalypse 2017, Todd Chapman himself arrived to assess my needs. We had lost two 100’ maple trees 24” diameter or more at the base in the storm. He gave me a complete estimate on the spot. The price was what a Five Star company should charge and he and I agreed to the project with a handshake. Do you know how much equipment, expertise and danger there is in removing giant trees in your front yard? It’s mind-boggling. Todd’s crew, led by Army Special Forces veteran Bobby arrived on time with four trucks and six experienced men. In two hours of high-spirits and expert, dangerous work, our property was clear of literally tons of tree debris, swept, raked, and blown like a showplace. Bobby’s team operated like an Army Ranger Squad. Coordinated, properly equipped, and happy to be working, it made me proud to be a Chapman customer. Don’t even get any other bids. Use these spectacular professionals. And make sure your phone or tablet have a good charge. You will want to video all of the tree climbing work!
