I met & spoke to the nice owner Ralph outside of a Grocery Store. I explained the issue I was having at the house and he came right over. He quoted me a very fair price and Knocked the work out quick, clean & efficiently. The quality, detail and professionalism was impeccable and I will Use & Reuse Ralph's Tree Service again & again!

I've used Ralph's Tree Service on three different occasions at two different homes, and I've had nothing but good experiences. Ralph's quotes were significantly lower than the others I had received. They showed up on time, did the work in a professional manner for exactly what was quoted, and did a thorough clean up, often removing branches and debris that were not part of the job. I highly recommend them.

This group of people did an excellent job cleaning up the fallen debris and cutting up trees that fell after tornado came through Tallahassee, FL. Blessing in disguise being that we are a small congregation and really needed help. God answers prayers. These guys are doing a great work and I am praying that the Lord bless this business.

I bought the crew drinks and pizzas we agreed that 13 trees be cut down and cut into moveable size pieces. The crew sent an individual out who came to remove a tree stump, during the removal he lost control of the machine causing damage to my outhouse. They are currently taking me to court for payment but never resolved the job they were supposed to. Now they want 1100 more I would not recommend this place to anybody. Bad business.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the quick response and professionalism from everyone that came out to deal with our rotting tree. I would highly recommend this company if have and tree issues. They are reasonably priced and well worth the money we paid. Thank you all so much. We have 7 large trees that needed to be removed and Life’s Tree Doctor team did an amazing job. They were on time, provided proper signage to ensure the safety of my neighbors and commuters on the road, and cleaned up nicely when the were down. I was informed on ever step of the process and was able to conveniently pay for the services through a link. He also educated me on how to prevent a tree from dying and how to identify a dying tree in the future. I will definitely recommend this company to all of my friends and family in need of any tree services.

We had a hard to do tree removal that none of the other companies wanted to attempt. Not only did Life's Tree Dr. show up early, they were done before the promise time and it came out under what I was quoted! On time and under budget! The care they take of your property and neighbors property, as well. They were more than courteous with the big trucks and equipment being parked and left the area they worked in- from my back yard to the cul-de-sac, better than it was. Can't thank them enough, great people- from the lady in the office to the hard workers in out in the field, Ya'll Rock!

Richmond tree service done a excellent job doing a tree removal job i hired them for. Very professional and left my property as if no work had been done. Recommend this company for any of your tree care needs

We have used Richmond Tree experts a few times. Always done a good job, taking care of the property and doing a great job cleaning up the area. If asked, will attempt to preserve the tree first, and only remove what is needed to be removed.

Richmond Tree Services is Trust Dale approved and they deserve it! They took down a tree for us and did an amazing job. Their price was the best and I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others.

Once I accepted the contract, it took some time (almost a month) to get the work scheduled. But I thought the price was fair, and they did an excellent job. My only complaint was the time it took to get the work scheduled after accepting the contract.

Richmond Tree Experts used a crane to remove three large oak trees between mine and my neighbor's house. The process was flawless. The headset communication among the crew surely made for a more efficient and safer job. Cleanup was great. They did an excellent job protecting the lawns, irrigation systems and the homes. My neighbor and I have since used Richmond for more tree work.

The Richmond Tree Experts did an exceptional job with the trees I needed to have remove. The entire crew was totally professional, yet still quite personable. I also found the price for the number of trees I needed to have removed was very reasonable

I have used this company a few other times as I have house that has many old trees around it. A storm on Sunday hurled 2 huge trees into my screened in porch and destroyed it. I called this company on Monday morning and Scott immediately came out evaluated the damage. I had an insurance adjuster coming the next day but was told he wouldn’t come and evaluate my damage until all of the trees, trunks and branches were out of the way. Scott rearranged his crew’s cutting schedule so they could come out that same day. He went above and beyond anything I expected as I know that our area had terrible weather with a lot damage. The crew came just a couple of hours later. So efficient like a well oiled machine. Hard to believe how quickly they got all of the work done , cleaned up the debris and had it all stacked on the side of the road ready to be picked up. They were respectful and let me know when they arrived and when they were finished with the work. Excellent company, honest, hard working and reliable. They have really been a blessing for me.

Had the most amazing experience with this company. The techs were knowledgeable and when we had them come out for a few homes in the neighborhood that were said to have dead trees they told us honestly that they didn't and went the extra mile to tell us which home did have some. We decided to move forward with the removal and were updated the whole way. Before and after photos given at an amazing price. So happy with our experience and will definitely be using them in the future!

Junior and his team were fast, efficient, and did everything promised at a reasonable price. We had a several branches and large trees that needed to be removed and our yard was extremely tight- they were able to remove without issue and completed the work in a day. I would use them again and would highly recommend!
