Top notch customer service and work. Junior was excellent to work with. Estimate was simple, easy to understand, and quick to be delivered to my inbox. Everything we discussed was completed. I highly recommend this company just based on their customer service, but the work they did was just as great.

~18 trees removed and stumps ground with a a few trees requiring technical expertise to take down.

We are so happy we chose United Tree Pro Service! They removed 6 trees and 7 stumps for us, including full debris cleanup and haul-away.
This is the third tree removal company we’ve hired, and they did the best job by far. Their pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees.
We were especially impressed that they own their own equipment, which allows them to control their schedule and ensure the job is done right.
The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up everything thoroughly before leaving. Most importantly, we had complete peace of mind throughout the process.
We are very happy with the results and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!

Colin and Kris were very professional and courteous and all the crew did a great job. Only problem is your business is not in Tennessee and I won’t be able to use in the future!!! Thanks for a job well done👍😊

Southeast Tree is truly very professional. Mr. Colin is extremely knowledgeable about trees. When he came to give us a quote, he was the only one who could immediately identify what kind of tree it was.

After we decided to hire him, he quickly scheduled his crew. They arrived on time the very next day with a full team, and the entire job was completed in just three hours — even earlier than expected.

One of the trees was very close to our house and fence, and a few others were in difficult positions. At first, I was quite worried they might accidentally damage the yard when cutting them down, so I watched the whole process. After seeing them work, I realized my concerns were completely unnecessary — they are incredibly experienced!

Nothing was damaged at all, and they cleaned up thoroughly and efficiently. Most importantly, everyone worked safely throughout the entire job. Amazing crew!!!

We used Southeast Tree to have five trees removed from our property. They were incredibly responsive while trying to get a quote completed and the yard looks great. Couldn’t even tell they were here once finished.

Needed someone to come out and remove a dead pine and prune an old oak on my property. The Southeast Tree team was able to come out and assess the work within hours of reaching out, and we had work scheduled for the morning the very next day. They did a quality job at a reasonable price. They even cleared out old brush in the yard and made it look better than ever.

We have used them multiple times and they continue to deliver outstanding service every single visit. The crew is professional, on time, and extremely skilled. They removed several large trees safely, trimmed others perfectly, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Their pricing is fair, communication is excellent, and they treat the property with real care. Easily the best tree service we’ve worked with, highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, top-quality work.

Our community hired Southeast Tree for a long-overdue trimming and removal project involving multiple large trees close to homes, and they absolutely delivered.

Kris, the project manager, was fantastic from start to finish - on-site, responsive by phone, knowledgeable and communicative throughout. He laid out the plan, answered our questions, and kept us updated every step of the way. The crew was professional, skilled, and worked hard and efficiently. They cleaned up thoroughly, and left the community looking great.

I don't leave a lot of reviews but Southeast Tree deserves five stars. Highly, highly recommend.

Tim Newberry and his crew did a great job clearing our ice damaged trees from our property…. They were quick, friendly and walked me through what they were doing and why or why not it was needed. Would definitely recommend them!

Was our good fortune that Southeast Tree was working next door and seeing the early results of de-limbing we wanted the same‼️ Colin came over, reviewed our needs, provided a very fair quote and the completed work far exceeded our expectations which is clearly captured in the photos!

Atlanta Arbor men were amazing to watch the harmony of their work. They made removing two large River Birch Trees look so easy. They were safely down in no time. Thanks Atlanta Arbor! I would never use anyone else for tree work.

Atlanta Arbor cut and removed 6 trees and they exceeded expectations. I highly recommend their services. A few reasons why: Mark Vaughn (sales/estimator) was extremely professional from day 1 and worked with our modifications throughout the process turning around multiple revised proposals quickly. Their prices are very fair and competitive. Mark was onsite the day of the job making sure the crew followed our requests. We needed the trees cut within a specific time frame and he and his office made it happen, scheduling our job on the exact day requested. The crew showed up at 7am and made sure that surrounding plants/trees were protected as well as the lawn. They cleaned up our yard after removing the trees to the point that I couldn't tell they had been here. Amazing. Job completed in one day.

We recently hired Josh and his team for some tree removal and limb trimming at our river house in Ellijay, and they exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, worked with impressive speed and efficiency, and were incredibly thorough with cleanup—hauling away all branches and even blowing off our leaves before they left.

They executed our vision perfectly. The dead and overhanging trees are gone, the limbs are trimmed beautifully, and the transformation is amazing. Our view of the river is now wide open, brighter, and more beautiful than ever. The sunlight pours in, we can see the sky again, and the whole property feels refreshed—from the walkway in, the porch, and even inside the house.

We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Josh and his crew. Five stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Atlanta Arbor removed three trees from my home, trimmed trees shared with my neighbor, and pruned deadwood throughout my backyard. From start to finish, about 3 months, I had a 5 star overall experience with Atlanta Arbor. This doesn't mean I don't have some constructive criticism/feedback though, which I will get to later.

When Cesar from Atlanta Arbor visited my home initially, I was thoroughly impressed with his overall assessment and presentation of recommendations. It should be stated up front that while yes, we did have several trees removed, Cesar (and Atlanta Arbor by extension) are not interested in blanket removal for every solution. It is clear this company cares about the health of trees and wants to maintain as much integrity of the property as possible. He was also willing to listen to me and my concerns and provide discuss at length about the health of each tree. Not only just his word, but he was able to take me around each tree and provide verifiable tests (hollow sounds when knocking, discoloration, fungal growth, etc.). As compared to other arborists I had visit, I noticed these other arborists tried to strike fear in me with phrases like "well, you wouldn't want THAT falling on your house," or "If these were my kids playing back here, I wouldn't want to have the risk of these branches falling." Some times they are valid comments, but Cesar provided a much more balanced opinion - i.e. two of the three trees definitely needed to go, the trunk of one was shockingly hollow and he could use a tool to dig underneath the trunk and pull out large pieces of soft, rotting wood and the over had visible cracking down the trunk with fungal growth running up and down the branches and trunk. The third tree was on it's way to rotting, but still had some life left in it with little threat of naturally falling, but I decided to get it removed anyway.

Cesar spoke through the proposal clearly and worked with me on each line item in the estimate. Once signed and agreed, they got straight to work securing the permits with the city of Atlanta (I live in the Buckhead area) and coordinating with GA Power to get a work order in for a line drop since the power line into my home come in under a couple of the trees. They did not require ANY payment upfront, all payment was to be made after the trees were removed and the work was completed.

My main insight for anyone reading this review, and feedback for Atlanta Arbor, is that I wish there would be a subsequent site visit where someone from the removal crew could come out and provide me with an overview of how they planned to remove all the trees. Cesar did a great job letting me know what equipment would come and which trees would be equipment-assisted vs removed by hand, but I was not aware how the crew wanted to position their equipment. For example, I knew a cherry picker would be coming, but I was under the impression they would park it in my yard and do the work on my own property. Homes are relatively close together in my neighborhood, the crew lead wanted to use my neighbors driveway to position the cherry picker and get the right angle on the tree. My neighbors were not home at the time, but I had made them aware the work was being done, but I did not know Atlanta Arbor was going to want to use their driveway and I had to call them at 8 in the morning on their vacation to get their spare keys to move their car.

With that being said, the tree removal crew the day of showed up right at 8am to begin the job and they brought 5-7 guys and got all the work completed the same day. This crew was very meticulous to layout boards for the skid steer to protect my yard, wore all the proper safety equipment (hard hats, gloves, goggles, etc.) from what I could tell, were responsive when I went out to talk with them request updates, and cleaned up all the debris left behind.

Overall, like I said, I have not qualms giving Atlanta Arbor 5 stars while also providing a little feedback.

Atlanta Arbor just put the finishing touches on their job for me taking down two quite massive pines in Eastlake. I’d use them again and will be recommending their services to friends, family, and acquaintances.

Their cutting crew arrived 10 minutes early and finished ahead of the estimated schedule. The stump grinding came the next day. And the cut up trunks were picked up the day after that.

Everyone involved was professional and careful.

Atlanta Arbor has done several tree jobs for us over the last four years. From large to small jobs they are always on time, professional and communicate well. The most recent job was the removal of a large bradford pear right before the most recent ice storm in Smyrna, GA. They were able to get the job done within two days and before the storm hit (only took about an hour to get the tree down.) I am impressed each time with how skilled the teams are. Michael Pavuk is the contact for our area, he quickly and accurately assessed the tree and kept us informed along the way. I am always very happy with Atlanta Arbor.

The best I knew my large tree had limbs over my deck roof and just in general didn't look great esthetically and I wanted to have something done before all the leaves came back. After much research I decided on Atlanta Arbor because they had great reviews, were certified and were insured.

Michael came out and it was obvious based on my research that he knew his stuff. I always thought tree reduction, trimming, pruning didn't require a lot of skill only safety. However Michael made suggestions that would preserve the shape and look of the tree, while recommending intentional cuts that would preserve the health of the tree and eliminate problems down the road as well as move some of the weight from the tree from a safety perspective.

A three man crew arrived and got to work. They were very professional and the clean up was so could you would have never known they were there if it wasn't for the now amazing looking tree.

I had also checked the price ranges and they were very reasonable. What I liked was that the pricing was very transparent, estimating the hours that it would take and the associated cost and his estimate was exact.

Afterwards I received a follow up call from Michael and another one from office staff to make sure I was satisfied and to see if I had any question or concerned. Both assured me that I could feel free to reach back out if anything came up. Being in a field myself where customer satisfaction matters I would say Atlanta Arbor hits the mark in that area.

I am including before and after pictures.

I would highly recommend Atlanta Arbor.

Highly recommend Ty Phillips and the team at Atlanta Arbor Tree Service. I had 6 large Leyland Cyprus cut down, another hardwood close to the house and some trimming done. Their prices were reasonable. They showed up on time, worked quickly, but safely and cleaned up thoroughly. A team of 7 came, all had helmets and ear protection on and brought down the hardwood with precision. It was amazing to watch. All done in 2 hours. I live in East Cobb and I will definitely use them again.
