(Google doesn’t allow you to leave more than one review for a company, so I’m picking up where my husband left off!) We recently made the decision to take down a beloved pecan tree that was too close to houses and made a mess each year from nuts and sap. From start to finish, the Top Tier team was amazing. Watching them take it down was like watching a ballet! The following week Jarvin, one of their stump grinders, returned to remove the stump leaving the mulch for our gardens. Again, amazing work done digitally and quickly. Professional, prompt, respectful, and reasonably priced. Top Tier obviously hires the best!

The crew was incredibly mindful of my property while removing five large trees clustered near both my fence line and my house, and they went above and beyond with cleanup—even clearing fallen leaves I didn’t expect. If you need a tree cut down, call Top Tiers Trees - they are the best! I had a very complicated situation with a huge (over 100ft tall and over 5ft diameter) hollow, decaying tulip poplar tree in my backyard that was not accessible from my property for the required crane and removal equipment. Top Tier found a solution through a neighboring property, negotiated on my behalf for their equipment access, and successfully, with no damage to any property, cut my tree down. It took two days and so much effort on their part! They cleaned up and left my property in better condition than when they started. Communication from Damon Clark was exceptional! He went above and beyond to solve what seemed like a dire situation and made it so much better than I expected. I highly recommend Top Tier Trees to do any tree removal. Professional crew, excellent work, very satisfied!

This company came out same day for assessment then to do the work. Awesome crew. Within an hour the completely removed the tree that had fallen as well as cleaned up the whole area. You wouldn’t even know a tree was there if it wasn’t for the hole in the ground. I highly recommend this company. They were also so willing to speak to my insurance adjusters on my behalf which I know is a big comfort for some people.

If you need a tree removed, Top Tier Trees is highly recommended! When I initially called for an estimate, a live person took my call. A certified arborist, Thomas Joliff, came out as scheduled and on time. He evaluated 2 trees on my property, gave me a fair, competitive estimate, and told me what to expect regarding a timeline for city permits to be obtained prior to the work being done on a day that I was able to select. The crew showed up on time and worked as a team to get the job done. It was amazing to watch how they would clearly communicate with one another to guide large branches gently down with ropes and direct big sections of the trunk to fall away from the house using ropes and heavy equipment in order to ensure safety and avoid damage. They cleaned up everything as they worked. A few days later, Victor worked around my schedule to return to grind the stumps with his remote controlled equipment. Thomas then came to accept my payment for the services. There were some oil stains on the driveway from the trucks and small hole in the lawn. The company sent out someone the next day to pressure wash my driveway and Thomas himself came back to fill and seed the hole in the lawn. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and to my satisfaction.

Today I had a great experience with Mr. Tree Arborist & Landscaping LLC. Lead by Lorenzo and Julian their team is very knowledgeable and professional in tree cutting and provided me with excellent overall service. I am a very satisfied client and hope to work with them again in the future. I would highly recommend their service if you are looking for any tree cutting projects.

Julian and Lorenzo gave a very reasonable bid to remove 2 large, dead pine trees. They were prompt in responding to my request for service. They came when they said they would and did a very excellent job removing the trees and being careful with HOA property.

Lorenzo, Julian and crew did a great job for us taking out a huge 30+ yr old Bradford Pear tree that was close to the fence and growing toward the neighbor’s yard. They brought it down cleanly and swiftly without any damage to other landscaping. Everything looks very nice. These guys are efficient, professional and couldn’t be nicer. We had a very difficult situation with a white pine, not only did we have four Japanese maples surrounding it, we also have a permanent bridge in front. The were able to take down a 35-40 foot damaged tree without touching any of the surrounds.
Excellent workmanship the price was fantastic.
