Temp pros are very knowledgeable and provide great quality service. I recently had an issue with my heatpump not operating correctly. DJ located a leak in my line. The temperature was supposed to be below 20 degrees that night. He went above and beyond by sealing the leak and charging up my system to get it working again at full capacity. I had a deeply disappointing experience with this HVAC service. Initially, I was quoted a $75 service fee, which I agreed to. The technician diagnosed a warranty-covered load board issue and took the part, claiming he needed to get a replacement. However, he then tried to charge me $425 for the replacement, while other professionals quoted only $150. When I asked for my original part back and offered to pay the agreed service fee on return, he refused and held my load board until I paid him more. I have now filed a police report for theft. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. At no time did I ever refuse to pay for the diagnosis. He is a liar, unprofessional and a criminal for taking a parts that belongs to me. I told you several times that I am paying for the diagnosis but you need to provide the parts that you took from my unit. This belongs to me not you. Stop lying . I have Never refused to pay you. I Changed my mind from using your service and you get mad and refuse to give me my parts back.

I needed timely A/C repairs and DJ got me up and running in just a couple hrs. He installed a new A/C unit for me.
