Came home from our Thanksgiving to discover our heat was no longer working. Robert was out within an hour, figured out that the breaker installed with our system was 30 amps when it should have been 50. Robert got it switched out and we're warm again. So pleased with the service we signed up for a regular maintenance plan.

We have been with Bowmans for years as they maintained our systems. When the HVAC went out, we went with the only company we trust to replace it. They completed the work in a day and will come back again for follow-up. They are always professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

The Bowman’s team is an exceptional group of people. We recently had an issue occur at our rental house - while a guest was there- and after hours. We had a wonderful experience and HIGHLY recommend Bowman HVAC. They somehow found the magic formula where they are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled and also sincerely kind with endless integrity. They completed a large rework of our entire system and from start to finish, they were phenomenal to work with. The crew who did our install paid incredible attention to detail and took great pride in their work and genuinely wanted everything to be done to a high standard. After our work was completed we had a quick question about our system, and they had someone en-route to our house within the hour to address our questions. In a giant city where it can feel like every "big box" company might be hoping to turn a profit without care or sending sales reps instead of HVAC experts, it is so encouraging to find a company that genuinely cares and has the experience to fix complex issues. From their office manager to their install crew to their technicians, everyone has been experienced, diligent and compassionate. We look forward to using them for all HVAC needs moving forward and again highly recommend their company.

Highly recommend using Bowman when it comes to any and all maintenance needs. We thought we had a simple problem with our HVAC. However, it turned into a larger scale issue we did not anticipate. The entire Team were very transparent in our communication and process. Keep us in the loop on next steps and went above and beyond to bring a portable AC unit to keep us comfortable while we had a full system replacement.

Had to edit this review to add a notable anecdote from one of our experiences with Bowman. In 2024, Tricia helped us negotiate a furnace replacement with a totally separate home warranty company even though there was absolutely no financial incentive for Bowman. She took the time to guide us through the whole process so that we knew what to say and received the correct equipment. If that's not a testament to their integrity and service to their customers, then I don't know what is.

They took the time to explain what was going on with my system and made sure everything was working properly before they left. The pricing was fair and the customer service was excellent.
