Best AC guy around! He and his helper got us cool on a very hot day by replacing my 22 yr old wore out unit the same day He came out. We were very grateful for the “over and above” service.

Sometime it’s something simple, sometimes it ain’t, but these folks are 100% trust worthy, I paid the call fee, mine was minor, they didn’t even charge me for the small part! They are GREAT! And I am sitting in the cool, I will only use them from here on out

Keith is great! Came out on a Saturday when our air conditioning stopped in June. Explained everything. Replaced the capacitor & we had air conditioning restored in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

I live 6 hrs away however my mom lives in McDonough,Ga. She mentioned her air was out while visiting us in the mountains. I called on Friday made service call appointment and they were able to scheduled it for Tuesday. To quote my sweet lil momma...

For some reason, they thought I was a scammer. I asked about whether or not they would install a unit that I purchased myself they said no and then I wrote back and asked them how much it would be for them to install the unit that I wanted and this is the response that I got. See photo below for email exchange. Wildly unprofessional and rude. Here's the 20+ year old busted furnace I was trying to get the estimate on replacing.

Keith was an absolute professional. Found the problem and had me up and running in less than an hour. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and gave me maintenance tips. System is better now than it has been since owning the home. 100% will be going back for all my future HVAC needs.

Update: Bowmans continues to be a fantastic and trustworthy company. Feeling fortunate to have them as my go to AC folks.
