I received fast and exellent service from Aaac Service Heating and Air. The technician ( Rod) was very friendly and courteous. I originally called the company for a qoute only and ended up getting the work done because of the price qouted. If you don't know anything about air conditioner I suggest you give them a call and you will not feel pressured or taking advantage of. After 3 days without any air upstairs, the family can go back to sleeping comfortably. By the way this was a Sunday!!!!! Thanks Aaac

I have been using Rodney for a number of years to take care of my heating and cooling when I have a problem. He always comes out right away at my convenience. His prices are always resonable compared to the "big guys" company. After several years of nursing my a/c during the summer we finally decided to get new units installed. we have had the new units for about two years and have been trouble free thanks to the excellent install and the pricing was excellent. Regardless if you need service or new a/c and heat Rodney from AAAC will treat you right. I always refer my friends to AAAC because I am confident they will get the best service for the best price. Rod listened to my problem. He was extremely nice & pleasurable. Rod came to my house the same day. He diagnosed the unit. Rod gave us an excellent quote on labor and cost to fix the unit. After reviewing the quote I told Rod to get started. Rod fixed the unit in no time. Our central heating & air system worked like it was brand new. AAAC saved the day after my father almost got scammed by another HVAC company (big franchise company, you've seen their vans). Other company said compressor was shot and wanted $10-17K for a complete system replacement. We called AAAC for 2nd opinion and Rodney came out, confirmed compressor was fine, diagnosed the problem a result of improper maintenance (outside unit was dirty/clogged, causing other problems). Rodney washed it out and restored operation. Literally all we needed was to wash it out. Shame on the other company! Let's support local, honest, independent folks like Rodney @ AAAC.

I contacted Rod at 12 on a Tuesday. I needed some work done ASAP. He said no problem and quoted me a reasonable price. By 3 on the SAME day the work was complete, and he was honest with his price and dropped what I owed him due to the job not requiring as much work. Considering his speed and clear communication I would have paid full quoted price, but he was honest regardless of my short time frame. Professional, clear communication, and VERY fast. Five Stars.

Excellent! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Even went the extra mile to make sure all three of my furnaces and air conditioners were serviced and cleaned them as well. Will definitely be calling him in the future if I need his services again.

I've used Rod's services twice and both were excellent. He is punctual, professional and honest. He took the time to actually troubleshoot the issues and fix the problem, something you wouldn't get from larger companies. He will be the only one I will call in the future for a/c issues. Rodney is an excellent skilled HVAC Technician, honest, reliable and he can get to your house pretty quickly and service your HVAC system. Since we moved to Georgia, he has been taking care of us and we are satisfied with him and his services. He is a really nice guy 😀!

Rod is wealth of knowledge. My wife and I cannot recommend him enough for all that he does. Our AC unit wasn't draining properly, and Rod was very thorough in troubleshooting and fixing the problem. He also went out of his way to teach us how to avoid problems in the future. We will never call anyone else for our HVAC needs.
