This is a great company for Heating or Air Conditioning installation, servicing or any repair that you might need. Michael came out and had my unit serviced and running the same day. His knowledge and customer service was excellent. I definitely would use them again and I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

The professionalism, friendliness, and effectiveness of the technicians with Evans is hard to beat. They have always been on time, performed their work perfectly, and left their work areas cleaner than when they got there. Many thanks for keeping our system operating at it's full potential.

Great family oriented company. Nancy at the home office was excellent by providing information and scheduling prompt service. I have been serviced twice and both times I was able to thoroughly discuss the work to be performed with the technicians. Nick, Dalton and Jon were professional, honest and easy to talk with, they took the time to explain in detail the issues, best course of action, brand and quality of equipment. I'm not too sure about pricing, I paid $600 for a new furnace mother board and $157 for a furnace run capacitor but both are guaranteed which is good for peace of mind. Also, $269 for annual service on two full units. Regardless of pricing, based on their prompt service and quality of work I am pleased with their service thus far and highly recommend them.

My old AC unit went out. I'm a 70 year old Widow living on Social Security and I needed to replace my central air unit. There was no way I could afford to replace my AC unit but I will say that Mr Williams went way above and beyond and I am oh so grateful. He found a used unit which was much better than the one I had and installed it for a small fraction of what a new unit would cost. He was on a mission to help me. If not for the kindness of Mr Williams I would not have been able to afford air conditiong in my home. He is not just good at what he does, he has a kindness and integrity rarely seen these days!

I am literally in happy tears! My AC went out in my home and when I tell you this business is the best! I mean the BEST. I hired Williams Heating and Air through a friend of a friend. I needed a combo hear pump I stalled In a rental of mine. 3/4 of the way through the problem Mr. Williams pointed out a couple of unsafe electrical problems that also affected the wiring of the new unit. I expected to have to pay additional money for the additional repairs. Williams Heating and Air fixed the wiring that I described at no additional cost. He also pointed out a drainage problem with a near by unit. The work they did was neat clean and professional. Mr. Williams is a true people person and had me laughing and talking like we were old friends. I would highly recommend using Williams Heating and Air and I will use them again in the future.

Greg and Brandon showed up on time with the materials they needed. The installation of the Ac unit went smoothly and they explained the workings to me when I had a question. They showed respect for our tenant and cleaned the work area as if no one just installed a new Ac/ heat pump unit. I asked for a Ac maintenance quote for our existing system as well. to give. Our Freon appeared a bit low & so we needed someone to check it out & charge it up.
I looked to Google Maps for reviews (understanding that reviews CAN be misleading) & decided to call up Greg (not expecting to talk to him).
I figured it would be days before he could come out, but he reassured he could make it in a day or 2…with the only stipulation being the outside temp. needing to be above 70°.
He came (giving all kinds of notifications) of his status & took care of the job.
He went above & beyond to guarantee my satisfaction, ensuring that I wouldn’t need to be calling him for a while (or until our 20 yr. old unit collapsed).
I’m HIGHLY impressed with everything about my experience with the service he provided !!!

Williams is WONDERFUL! Greg came out to my home and fixed my heat on a last minute call. I have a newborn baby and my home was cold all of a sudden. Tonight is one of the coldest nights of winter so far. Although my home was out of his way and he was the only tech in the field, Greg wouldn’t let me go the night without heat. All the other companies I called put me off until tomorrow or gave me a ridiculous price just to come and look at my problem. Greg took care of me, educated me on the problem, and didn’t try to capitalize off my desperate situation. I highly recommend this company!

Sometimes you just want to know the person you're doing business with cares enough about your urgent situation to call you on their day off. If that's the case, you're going to want to do business with Greg at Williams Heat & AC. My elderly mother had a family cat that had gotten stuck in an air duct and, after it hadn't freed itself after 48 hours, I called 12 businesses from a thousand miles away in SA (I heard back from 3). After leaving a message Saturday morning, I got a call back from Greg within half an hour. This man, on his day off, and on the last weekend of deer season nowhere near his home, listened to my message and called me back. Understanding the urgency of the situation, he'd done so to recommend another business, that was unfortunately closed. So he then proceeded to call around and got back to me within an hour having found someone that could come to the house. Fortunately only an hour later, a very thirsty and hungry cat was able to finally free itself. When I texted Greg back to let him know, he immediately texted back with genuine relief. So no, I didn't utilize his professional skills that day. But I'd call him in a heartbeat if/when my family needs a Heating and Cooling Service. Thanks for being in our corner when we needed it.

First I would like to say that I’ve had the opportunity to work with Greg on many other occasions, he is the type of professional that you would gladly invite in your home, in which I did to have a unit installed in an out building. That is not an easy thing to say in today’s times. I can honestly say that Greg is not the kind of guy that will take any shortcuts on anything he does. The job will be done correctly and neatly. And lastly I would like to add that if Greg tells you something, you can take it to the bank.

Professional, Curtious, Good Communication and no suprises! We had a bonus room that I wanted to turn into my "She Shed" but it didn't have ducts run to it. After the job was finished he didn't have to use some of the materials that he put in our bid. He was honest and came to us and said I am refunding these materials because I didn't have to use them! Many companies would have walked away with the materials and pocket the money! Gregg is an honest businessman!
You can tell that Gregg really cares about his customers. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be using Williams Heat and Air in the future.

Let me tell you, Greg William's has this business well in hand. I have been fighting to get my system back online for months with previous companies. Greg figured out what was wrong within a very short time of what was wrong, fixed the issue and then check the entire system over for further issues before bringing it back online. He has checked in with me a couple times to make sure everything is still running right. From now on, William's Heating and Air Conditioning is the only company touching my HVAC and Minisplit units. I had Williams Heating and Air install Reme-Halo air purification system. The installation when very smooth and very well done and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend anyone that needs HVAC work to contract Greg first for a quote - otherwise you are risking paying too much and not getting top-notch installation quality.

Just had Williams Heating and Air install two mini splits in my detached garage and they did an awesome job. I couldn't be happier with their work.
