Chris has helped us with AC outages on multiple occasions, for things this DIYer couldn't easily resolve on his own. He is very trustworthy and thorough, responsive for last-minute calls (the online scheduling is very easy), and also very reasonable with fees. I will not hesitate to do business with Evans AC in the future and 100% recommend.

Called at 9am and Manuel arrived around 230 the same day. He was on time, efficient and quickly did a tune up and recharge on one of my units. I'm always more than pleased with service from Evans.

I got home from work at 7:00PM and realized my AC was out 😢 I called around and everyone was booked till Saturday, I was about to cry because my house was sooo hot.. Chris was recommended to me in a FB group, I called him and 1 hour later my AC was fixed 💙 He is 100% recommended!! I would give him 100 stars if I could!! Great service. Knowledgeable and respectful. Reliable. Chris verified the problems with our 2 A/C units and replaced the compressor on the main one. Didn’t pressure us to replace the old leaking basement unit. Explained how it would be wasteful to fill it up with freon since it would just leak out again. I appreciate the honesty. We’ll save up some more and call them back later to replace.

The Evans team never disappoints. Always great service, and when they came out to service one unit, they also doubled checked the other was working well. Cant say enough about Evans AC. They are the only call you need to make.

Air went out on Saturday, set up an appointment on line thinking we would not hear anything till Monday. Chris Evans, the owner called me Sunday and said he was in the area and would come on by if it was OK. Chris showed up on a Sunday in the rain, diagnosed the problem and by Tuesday had the parts ordered and installed. GREAT customer service, very reasonable prices!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
