Matthew arrived promptly to help troubleshoot our AC system. He and his tech were able to resolve our issue quickly and also examined our furnace for us while he was here. They knew what they were doing abdwere very aware of safety codes for the equipment. I would highly recommend Evans.

This was a very big job to take on bc my house caught on fire from lightening but Chris and his team got the job done smoothly and expeditiously ! My wife had out-patient surgery on a Friday afternoon, so of course, my AC unit decided to die that night at 1730 in the middle of a heat wave. Mr. Evans returned my after-hours call within 10 minutes. He was professional and polite at all times, and he was able to schedule an appointment for repairs the next morning. The technician, Mr. Meyers, explained exactly what the problem was and had it fixed extremely quickly. On top of all of this, their prices were EXTREMELY fair and reasonable, especially considering the circumstances. I cannot stress enough how pleased I am from beginning to end with Evans AC, and I will not use anyone else going forward.

Jon did an outstanding job. He was kind and courteous and very friendly. He did a great job of taking care of our HVAC Preventive Maintenance issues. He took the extra time to explain things to my wife and I in way that we easily understood what he was saying. Can’t brag on this company enough. They helped us out tremendously. We came home from vacation and the AC had gone out, it was 6pm and I thought we were screwed. Started a maintenance plan with Evans and the service call was made in a timely manner, Matthew was very professional. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue I had with my gas log.
Nancy and Anslee were great about making sure the appointment got set up in a timely fashion.

Chris has always been there for me. I had issues in the past and he helped me figure them out and repair it myself. That means a lot to me. When I needed a water heater installed I would not think of anyone else to give the job to but Evans. They did a fantastic job and were very professional and paid close attention to detail which in my opinion is what I need from a contractor. I HIGHLY recommend them. We have used Evans for several years now for repairs to an old unit and a replacement for the secondary unit. Unfortunately, our furnace on the old unit had an issue on a Saturday morning as we were heading out of town for the holidays. Chris had a tech to our house within 20 minutes and the the tech quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part. Chris and the techs have always been honest with us and thoroughly problem solve to get to the root of the issue. As long as Evans is around, we will always give them a call if the need arises.

I have experience in building operations. So i know more than the average residential home owner What I can say about Evans Air conditioning is that they are professional and know their stuff. I trust them in my home and fixing what needs to be fixed. I trust them with their recommendations. I highly recommend them!

Evans air available everytime I called. I emailed Chris the owner about my situation. Chris advised me he would have one of his technicians out Monday to access my unit. The tech accessed my unit said he would have too order the part for repair. The part came in scheduled time for installation and we are back up and running. Thanks Chris and your team for a job well done.
