Had Mason come out today and service both of our homes A/C units. Did the acid wash, cleaned out all the leaves that fell through the outside cage, and checked everything else out. I had already bought my filter replacements and Mason was nice enough to switch the old ones out for me. Mason had excellent manners and answered all my questions. I have been a loyal customer of Absolute Best Air Inc for a long time. That is because of the great people, the service, the quality products they stand behind, etc. I can’t say enough good things about this company! Thank you for always being there (over the years) when I needed y’all. Some were ASAP services, and others were scheduled; but, no matter what I needed, you guys were always there and willing to help us out. It has been GREATLY appreciated!!! Thank you! 😊

Love Absolute Best Air, their technicians are so great, very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to finish their work without disrupting my day too much. My neighborhood is a new build, all by the same builder and they are familiar with all the issues that people in the neighborhood have had and help prevent bigger issues from arising. Definitely recommend.

Jonathan was great in finding out the problem with my old mini split unit and tried his best to repair it, but it had to be replaced. Jay and Mikel were very professional and informative with installing the new unit. Jay was very knowledgeable, he suspected there was a problem with the power going into the unit and had Hunter, the service tech, come out right way to find out if it was the power. Hunter was also very professional and was able to put in an additional breaker so that the new unit could run properly. And I was not charged extra for it! These young men were very helpful and patient with me, and I am grateful to them for their hard work that day! Also, Kevin came soon afterwards and repaired the hole in the wall, and he did such a great job, you cannot even tell there was a hole there! They all did a great job in a timely fashion,and I feel they are a great asset to Absolute!

I had an incredible experience with Absolute Best Air! When our AC suddenly had an issue during a heatwave, their team responded immediately with an appointment. The technician, Daniel, was absolutely awesome and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had us up and running in no time.

The guys from Absolute Best Air came out on a very cold Saturday to install my new unit in the basement. Very professional, courteous and efficient. Highly recommend this company. I have used them for several system installs and the experience is always top notch from quote, appointment and install. I can't recall the technician's names, but don't penalize them for that. They introduced themselves, but I just have poor memory. Maybe Matthew from Macon?

Absolute Best Air truly lives up to their name! Their customer service, technician, and installation team were all outstanding. Daniel came out to inspect our AC unit when it suddenly stopped working, and he was phenomenal from start to finish. He was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly patient and kind. Daniel took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made us feel confident in the process. He went above and beyond to help us get a fair and accurate estimate for a new unit.

Even in the middle of July, Absolute Best Air had our new system installed within just two days! A big shoutout to the installation team—Matt and Kaleb were efficient, respectful, and walked us through how to use the new system with clear, easy-to-follow instructions.

I have a old system and the pilot light was out I requested your team for the repair. So the tech got it lit in a few minutes now he has to do a Combustible Test per him its required which passed. And tested the wire to the thermostat which was overpriced I replaced it myself. But for $143 you say you will send me a quote for a new system with outrageous prices to change out my system.

Do not recommend!! It is 26⁰ and we don't have heat because they ordered the wrong part and I'm still waiting to hear back on the new part for them to fix our furnace!!!! I hate this company so much. Do not use them. I'm so angry. I've never been this angry at a company!!

I was scheduled for a technician to arrive yesterday, but I received a call from Angelica informing me that my reservation needed to be moved to the following day. While it was unfortunate news, Angelica handled the situation with professionalism and empathy. Her outstanding service made me feel valued as a customer.

After our conversation, I did request to speak with a manager, and I was impressed by how promptly Will returned my call. He took the time to thoroughly explain the circumstances surrounding the delay and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. It’s great to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

When Daniel arrived to repair my air conditioning, I was equally impressed with his professionalism. He clearly knows his craft and took the time to ensure everything was functioning perfectly & explained everything to me in great detail because I’m honestly clueless to HVAC.

Kaleb, zuri and Ricardo came to my house on 09/30/25. They installed a new A/C system in my home. They got here early and worked hard all day. Very hardworking and polite young men. Excellent customer service.

I purchased a new system to replace a 12 year-old LG unit. Jonathan and Hunter did the installation. They exceeded my expectations. Not only did they install the unit and clean up the area when they were done, but on they picked up some paint to match the color of the wall since this unit was a different size than the one that replaced. They did a great job.

Don't ever call them! wish they had a negative star option! bunch of scammers!!! Our AC wasn't cooling down the house but everything was still running wanted to get someone to take a look to see whats wrong? Note: my house is only 9 yrs old! New built and we are the first owner of the home!!I called them put just for repairs..I kid you not they sent 2 techs out looking like straight out of highschool! didn't know what the hell they was doing tore up my whole damn unit! Talking bout it need a new compressor, a new zone board etc... stating that i have to wait on they supervisor to get here... when they got here, they went straight to sit at my kitchen table laying down all the quotes bout replacing! I kept on asking i just want my unit fix, then they kept saying fixing would amount close to the replacement which was exactly $ 6,998.60. then went on to having to replace the whole thing outside and inside which would cost me 7k-15k for Daikin brand and cheap route is Goodman! So I sought out a 2nd opinion with estes which carry only Carrier brand bc my unit is Carrier component, they asking for 17k plus. Finally 3rd opinion was the charm... a local guy came out and fix my problem in under 2hrs
And cost was 275$ the problem was low on refrigerant and a minor leak.. OMG! I kid you not! This company is an Absolute Scam Air! Never again!

Joey and his team Matthew, Rico, Zuri and Matt C. did an awesome job installing my new system. Joey kept me informed from the beginning throughout the completion and even after the completion with the maintenance and the warranty. Jessica in the office was also awesome. Thanks for making this big job easy and reasonable for me.
