My technician Daniel quickly figured out the problem with my HVAC unit, explained everything very thoroughly, and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and took his time, wasn’t in a rush. I really appreciate him coming out last minute on a Friday evening.

Great Service, Great Experience, Great People! Air conditioning unit stopped working in August in the midst of the hot Georgia summer. I called Absolute Best Air and spoke to Michelle who offered great customer service and was able to get the technician, Daniel to my residence the same day. Daniel spent time diagnosing the issue and thoroughly explaining what was needed to repair. Since my unit was 20 plus years old, I decided to get a quote for replacement. I spoke to Josh the next day who also took time to explain all my options. After we reached an agreement the install was scheduled for the next day. Cameron, Zuri and Ricardo showed up timely for the scheduled appointment and did an excellent job. I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience with Absolute Best Air and would definitely recommend them to others.

Fantastic company! I signed up for a maintenance contract with these guys. It was a lot of service that is being offered for a good price. I don’t know if anyone else doing it. Hunter was my tech and he was very friendly and really knowledgeable. He serviced and inspected all my units. When I say he worked hard to clean and inspect thoroughly, he spent most of the day here (I have multiple units). I’ve never had this done and it was so helpful. After building and living in this house for 15 years, my units needed a really good cleaning and inspection. Hunter was able to explain any problems with my units so that I could understand, even walking me through it at the unit. I’m so happy that I signed up for this service! I will definitely recommend them to all of our family and friends.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Jessica was very kind and helpful in getting a time that worked best for my schedule. The technician I had was Will. Great customer service, kept me in the loop about what was going on, and was very knowledgeable. I hope I don’t need HVAC repairs anytime soon, but if I do I would use them again and request to have Will.

Absolute Air took great care of me. A/c went out in the summer heat. Called them and they had tech out in about an hour, which is great this time of year. Hunter was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me great information. Highly recommend and thank you Hunter.

Sean is phenomenal. Very friendly, very personable very professional. I would highly recommend him to any of my family and friends. The first time he came out, he came out to service our air conditioner and told us everything that was going to be an issue with it. I got up yesterday morning and had no AC and he came right out and fixed it immediately. It was the capacitor.
