My A/C service technician Robert showed up and repaired the issue within less than an hour time. He also was very thorough and checked to make sure my system was operating properly and it contained the right freon level. The price that this company changed for the services performed is one of the best in the metro Atlanta area. If I ever need anything else for my a/c unit, I’m definitely calling R&A Cooling LLC.

R & A Cooling was responsive & updated me with diagnosis and repair . They responded very quickly and got it fixed! Technician Robert was excellent!

Actually, I did business with R&A Cooling LLC on Saturday in Tucker.

I wrote a scathing and honest review, but I decided today that I would delete it and give you the benefit of the doubt.

My daughter was at home when I asked her to contact your company and schedule a time to come out because I was at work.

Sean (or Shawn) came out and said it was an electrical issue and fixed it for a very reasonable price. When I got home from work the house was still hot. I went to the basement to make sure the power was on and it was. I turned the switch off and back on again. I then turned the thermostat to off and then on again. Cool air was blowing out and it lasted for about 3 minutes.

I called your company at 7:03 pm (678) 884-7552. I was told by the manager that the same technician would come the following morning between 8:00 am- 11:00 am. I set my alarm to wake up at 8:00 am on my day off. No one arrived or even called me or my daughter to let us know the technician was running behind schedule. The manager put me on hold to contact the technician who advised him that he was running behind and I would be next. I sat around patiently until 1:15 pm until I decided to get on with my day.

At 4:29 pm (that is right!) I received a missed call from the manager and then I received a call from my daughter letting me know that the technician called and said he was on his way. I asked her to please call him back and tell him it's almost 6 hours too late. I then contacted the manager to let him know that this is unacceptable and I will be doing my business elsewhere.

The lack of communication at R&A Cooling is obvious. Any owner of a small business should be aware of these issues.

I think calling Google is going to be a waste of your time.

I was sent to R&A Cooling by my Home Warranty company. Robert is very professional. Because my system is older it did take a month to receive the parts needed but once they arrived, Robert scheduled me ASAP to come and get me back up and running. Thank you so much..

The technician was very informative and friendly. He explained each step of the process and the charges as he completed his diagnosis of the problems. The rates were reasonable and the work was done within the hour. He quickly repaired 2 units to save a family of 7 from this GA heat! Thanks Mr. Robert and R&A Cooling for getting us back to CHILL mode!!! Greatly appreciated!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Give 'em a call, when and if your air stalls!! LOL!! Thanks again guys!!!

Robert is always punctual, professional and trustworthy. He never tries to oversell us like so many other HVAC companies have done in the past. We trust him to do the job well, not do what doesn't need to be done and recommend what should be done. Highly recommend!

I was able to get an appointment in the same week. Robert my technician was on time very professional and friendly. Robert is knowledgeable of his work explained everything he was doing. I needed a certain part for my unit and Robert was able to come back in the same day with no problem.

Was experiencing issues with AC Unit, and everyone I called was booked up. I came across this company and was able to get someone out the same day. Robert showed up. To follow up now that service has been completed since the first review. - And to clarify to the member of the company who insisted that I “misspoke” when referring to my experience.

My experience with this company has resulted in the following perceptions:

1. We should have been reimbursed for the damage done to our carpet.
2. We should not have been confronted at our home by a member of the team we never met before in an extremely unprofessional and borderline threatening manner.
3. We should not have been told that the company has no responsibility or affiliation for subcontractors they hire to work in our home.
4. We should not be receiving correspondence from the company at 6 am requesting us to delete a review despite the fact that they conveniently refuse to compensate us for damage done to our property.

Just to clarify - In no way do I think they are bad people, and appreciate the apology from the technician over the matter. Their hard work and determination for their company are admirable. However, they have a long way to go with customer service and building their skills around confrontation and what is not appropriate at the client’s home.

When a company’s representative steps out of line, or the company does not go the extra mile for customers who have spent thousands of dollars entrusting them with business quality work, they can not be surprised at the level of dissatisfaction that occurs.

I am cordially requesting the discontinuation of communication with the team members from this company. Any response or reply from here would be inappropriate and unprofessional.

Robert was fantastic! Very friendly, professional, and got me up and running quickly. I like to ask questions and he took the time to explain everything. I’ve been around the HVAC a long time and he’s one of the good guys.
