I could wright a book on being taken advantage of by , business even that hold a license. I called A & k heating and cooling they were able to come out the same day , trouble shoot both my units, one was able to be repaired and the other was replaced, even a brand new unit installed by another technician was looked at to find that the work I paid for was incomplete., which I will be using A & K to do so. Upon completion of the work I was shown that everything was in place even given knowledge on what to look for, Mr Kenneth stayed over to make sure all my warranties were in place to say the least. I am confident that I finally got the real deal In a company and would reccomend to all or anyone looking for such services especially someone that may not know what to look for so to not be decived, A& K heating and cooling has a permanent business in my family.

When my A/C stopped working I contacted A & K heating and air. Kenneth White answered, gave a time that he would be out and was very prompt in his arrival. He assessed the situation and gave a price to repair. He was neat, careful and very knowledgeable in air conditioning due to the fact that he found and repaired the problem very quickly. The price to repair never changed even though he did more than was required. I'm happy to say that I've found my AC guy / company.

We had a great experience with A&K. The technician came out very quickly and stayed later than expected checking things and making sure our AC was back in working order. We recently moved into our new 4 year old house and we were having problems with our furnace. We called our regular big name company and they came out and found the problem and had to order the parts. But my brother recommended A&K Heating and Air and they came out and told us the parts were still under warranty. But our other company did not tell us that, thanks to Mr. White of A&K Heating and Air we only had to pay for their labor and not for parts which saved us a lot of money. Thanks for speedy service!

Called A&K after normal business hours on a Saturday. Ken was very polite and showed a genuine interest in my issue. Instead of putting me off until the following week, he asked for my address and was at my home within the hour. He was extremely professional and quite knowledgeable about my particular unit. What I thought would be a costly repair, turned out to be a blown capacitor. In less than an hour, my unit was working perfectly. Ken also check my entire system while he was onsite to ensure it was working properly. If you're looking for a company that is fair and easy on the wallet, then A&K Heating and Air is the company for you.

Unfortunately my experience wasn't the 5 star service I expected. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Kenneth. Explained that water was leaking through my ceiling from the condensation line. He came out, accessed the line had disconnected and checked nothing else. He never informed me that there was 2 switches which should have turned off the unit before it overflowed into my ceiling for days while I was out of town. He told me the problem was fixed, although he never checked the line, or the switches to see if there were any additional issues. Since I have no knowledge of AC repair I took his word. A week later I had my ceiling replaced, as the original water damage was severe. Two weeks later, water began pouring out of my new ceiling in 3 places. I called the company regarding the problem. Kenneth again came out, charged me a 2nd assessment fee, and said there was a clog in the line. This time he did mention the switch, but only after my son-in-law, who knew a little about ac's spoke with him on the matter. I had him clear the clog, but chose to get the 2 switches changed elsewhere. All of these issues should have been noted, addressed, and resolved on the first visit. I now have to worry about black mole, and have my ceiling repaired again. I will not use this company again. I was hoping to also receive the 5 star service I had read about.

I have to say that A & K was one of the best services I have experienced in quite a while. When I call they were very friendly and professional. They worked with my scheduled and was able to service me at a reasonable time limit. They delivered the service and amount quoted. I recommend them highly for your heating and air condition needs

Well it's a reason why they call my city Hotlanta. My A/C unit had been struggling so I knew I needed repairs, but I needed the right technician for the job. 80 and 90 degree weather is quickly approaching. I talked to my neighbor, who used this company in the past, and he had nothing but great things to say from A to Z about his service. I quickly called. The technician, Ken, scheduled me quickly and once he arrived, customer service was on point. I felt comfortable. He checked the unit and knew exactly what I needed to get me back up and running. The best thing about it, the price was amazing! He is very knowledgeable of his profession. I could tell he knew his stuff. My A/C unit is ready for this GA heat. Don't hesitate!
