7/2/2020 I just had a new thermostat installed after my old one broke. William is an amazing guy. He was in constant communication through text and e-mail to answer my questions and tell me exactly what time to expect him. There was no 8 hour window to have to wait at home wondering when or if he would come. He is highly organized and efficient to meet whatever Heating and Air problems or questions you may have. William Bryant and his team provided excellent service. They troubleshooted our issues and worked fast. They arrived 30 mins early ready to work.

I never leave a review so this kind of a big deal. Joseph C at my aire went above and beyond to fix my AC in mid August on a Saturday. He saw we had a baby and were in dire need of AC. We ended up needing a part not expected. It being a Saturday so it was hard to find. He sourced the part out 30 miles away and drove to get it with a smile. At this point the house was at 94 and the attic probably wayyyyyy hotter. He went up there did the thing, re charged the system and saved my family from the heat. With a smile! I was very pleased. I only want Joseph C. To do my HVAC for the rest of my life.

Pricing is better than others as well

Joseph installed 1st unit about 4 yeats ago. When it was time to replace the 2nd unti i called Joseph again. He was able to get me scheduled within a week to fit my schedule. Very professional. When work was done came by to make sure work was completed. When I mentioned i wanted the wifi thermostat he replaced it right away. In 15-20 years if I need to replace i will definitely call Joseph again, hoping he still in business. Thank you for providing a warm winter.

He could have sold me a new unit but instead repaired my 13 year old unit for less than it would cost to call my lawyer for less than an hour. I called this business out after Christmas. A lot of people were booked so I appreciated the availability. Pretty expensive cost wise. After I got my estimated invoice, I spoke with a friend who knows the HVAC business and continually deals with HVAC systems and contractors. He advised me that the pricing I was quoted was way too high, especially for my unit and home size.

This truly is the best HVAC service in the metro Atlanta area!
First, they provide free estimates and show up on time (a rare gem in Atlanta). He even found a water leak that I had to get my plumber to fix.
My wife and I bought a house built in 1959. Everything needed to be updated. As you could imagine the duct work and furnace replacement was expensive. William gave us a quote that was far more competitive than other HVAC providers.
We were not able to afford new duct work, but he was connected to a cleaning company that cleaned our vents beautifully, which was very necessary.
William truly cares and demonstrates that by being on time, providing constant communication and follow up. A few weeks later there was an issue with the thermostat. I called William and he came over within an hour and fixed the issue in minutes. You can't go wrong with this company. We will be using them for future projects.
