The young man, Jason, who came to work on our furnace did an excellent job for us. He was professional and personable and quickly got our furnace working. We had to cancel the original appointment at one point but it was easy to reschedule with Jason who showed up on time ready to solve our heating problem. Thank you Jason, we will definitely call you should we need these services again!

My experience with one call heating & cooling was excellent. Jason was very thorough with his work. He educated me on how my furnace works inside and out. Explain everything in detail. He was very pleasant and went the extra mile. I am so happy we went this this company to installed our ac unit. I would highly recommend!!!

I am a long-time customer of One Call Heating and Cooling and can highly recommend their service. Kudos to their technician, Ross, who serviced my air conditioning unit. My unit is old and was not cooling properly. I am not ready to replace it at this time; however, Ross provided information on the type of refrigerant that would be compatible to use on my unit to fix the problem for now, and to buy me time until I have to replace it. I commend him on his understanding of the fact that this was not the best time for me to assume a debt. Ross was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, so I was very comfortable with my decision to go this route.

Mike and his team were amazing! From the moment I reached out, everything happened quickly and smoothly — even with terrible weather on the day of installation. I really appreciated the fast turnaround and the thoughtful solution with the extended return window. Highly recommend!

My air went out on Friday and I couldn’t get anyone to come out till Tuesday in August heat. Israel showed up on time and fixed my air. I contacted 5 other companies prior to contacting Israel and he was the only one who responded back and actually came out to fix my air unit.
