I will never do business with him or Amazon Home Warranty again. They sent us a contractor that does not no anything about the heating system. He has been out here several time an has not resolved the issue. In addition, he caused more of a problem with our unit. So much so, that other technician are stating that they will not touch his working leaving us paying unnecessary out of pocket cost. Please stay away from this company. As a Real Estate Investor, this was the first time an HVAC contractor installed the ductwork so clean and neatly. Action Air and Heating will work on all of my investment properties moving forward. The work was so good that my lead said we need to keep them. Great service and great price.

Service officer was professional and appeared knowledgeable. However, because my A/C issue is a recurring one, I will need to wait a few days to see if the problem is truly resolved. I wished I did not have to wait for a week to get service but I understand there are lots of customers.

The company is very professional. No hidden agendas. Explain in detail what you could expect of the services they provide. Mr. Isreal did not dissapoint . I expected it would take a lot longer than it did. The work was very neat. They cleaned up behind themselves. Very happy customer.

Action air and heating was amazing! My HVAC system stopped working and I had no heat. One vendor told me that I needed to replace the unit. I am so thankful that I called AA&H. They came out and investigated my issue. Thankfully, it was my breaker. They replaced the breaker and now I have heat again! I am so thankful that I called them and that they gave me an honest opinion. Please call them for ALL of your needs!!

He was on time for the appointment he assessed the situation replace the faulty parts and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. He wore a mask the entire time was courteous and professional.
