I believe the technician intentionally falsified my claim as wear and tear because he knew Choice wouldn't cover it. Therefore he gets paid without doing labor or providing parts and equipment. My home is cooling fine. The claim was about the thermostat. He informed the company that my AC and thermostat werent cooling the home efficiently because of age do to wear and tear. It was only when I informed the warranty company that the thermostat was replaced in a previous claim in 2022, so how could it be wear and tear that he provided the proper assessment. In his words, he rewrote his diagnosis. Now the faulty thermostat wasn't do to wear and tear or being old. Now I don't trust whether the thermostat was installed properly. Character, good service, and noble techs will lead to more profit than trying to cheat the system.

They called shortly after my request was submitted by my home warranty. The tech arranged for an appointment and give me a 2 hour window for their arrival. The tech also stated that he would call when he was on the way and he also sent a text message to confirm the appointment date and time. The tech arrived earlier that expected (which worked out great for us), diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately, the tech even helped us properly program out digital thermostat!
I would definitely recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them for any future A/C issues we may have.

Very attentive and thorough in diagnosing the issue with my AC unit and resolving it. Also arrived earlier than scheduled and fixed the issue between 30 to 40 minutes, very quick. I would highly recommend them.
