We have been using Best Mechanical for the last 5 years, William is very professional, responsive and always on time. He always takes the time to explain the process of the work he needs to perform. He is honest and personable which makes working with him always painless.

They were transparent about the prices and how much Iwould be charged. The technician provided clear explanations of what was the problem, what was involved on servicing the unit and why they advised a system replacement. Technician was super knowledgeable and answer all my questions. Current looking for quotes and will update this review if i replace with them.

Mr. Cook was very professional and respectful. I appreciate his integrity. He was on-time and had the system working. He provided a second opinion and he was honest. I highly recommend and will share with my property management his contact information.

I've used them twice for AC issues. They have always been nice and professional, no-nonsense in their work.

When I called to schedule for service, I was informed that no appointments were available. However, I was offered the after hour service option. Within 1 hour, William B. reached out and was at my door with 20 minutes. He was very professional and experienced. He answered all my questions. I would refer him to friends. I can rest better tonight.

Can't say enough good things about the owner William and his electrician. He was always on time and ready to work! They were at our home from 9:00am until 8:30pm running wire and working on a mini split installation for our 4 season room. They never took a break or had lunch all day which I am sad to say. We had a little hiccup with the water draining out of the new system and William came the next morning ready to troubleshoot until he found the problem. After a new pump installation William was satisfied that would repair the problem. We have no doubt we went with the most professional and caring team out there. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with any HVAC project! Thanks William for a great job and we are very happy customers!

Joseph was our guy prior to the change of name to MyAire and I have been very happy with everything he has done for us. Keeping our old system limping along for the past year or so through now installing a new system. Pricing seemed fair and the install crew worked efficiently and were pleasant.

Wow! Just had the BEST experience ever from a HVAC Company. William was on time, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and his price was fair. He fixed my heating problem and did not try and upsell me! He will definitely be back in the spring to check the AC system.

I have been working with this company since mid December. The project was suppose to be done by the first of the year. I have been delayed several times because of licensing issues on their part. They did some work and had the inspector come and he failed their work. So they take another week to plan how to fix it and then tell me it will be another week before they can do the work. Its the middle of January at this point and they said for me to pay a deposit after they already failed inspection once now they asking for a deposit which is fine. they asking for 4 thousand dollars as a deposit and give me a few hours to pay it before giving up my appointment. No curtesy check to see the status of me paying it or anything. Its already been 3 weeks since it was suppose to be done, Now they pgive my appointment up knowing this is a time sensitive matter and they already held me up 3 weeks on their end. Its almost February and the job is still not done. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

From the start I was impressed. William didn't sell me on what he does. The process, the proper equipment and tools, the communication and the availability sold the services. I had a mini-split system installed in my box truck conversion and it had been near impossible to find a service provider until I called William. I am a very satisfied customer

Great service with great communication. After scheduling an appointment, you receive electronic conformation and updates when the tech is en route and arrived. The owner was very professional and offered options that fit my budget. I used this company to install a new unit in my basement. The job was completed in one day and I couldn’t have been happier. I would highly recommend this company.

William, Hunter, and Eduardo were wonderful. They had to replace my Mitsubishi split system. They kept me updated and explained the various stages of their work in detail. In addition, they were quite expeditious in completing the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

William and his team were excellent. William came out within 24 hours and diagnosed our dying 19 year old A/C unit and recommended a replacement. He managed to rig it to work for a few days until the new unit came in. We were very happy with the price and they didn't try to upsell us. They were efficient and clean with the install. Highly recommended.

Joseph was hands down the best technician we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was professional but also a great person to chat with during the process. Not only did My Aire have the lowest prices for a new HVAC system, working with Joseph was the highlight of the experience (next to finally having air conditioning back)! Michelle in the office was very courteous and helpful on the phone and was amazing with keeping us updated. Our system ended up being installed several hours earlier than expected.

Mr. Bryant was very timely in scheduling his appointment with us to inspect and repair our heating system. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, trustworthy, and adept at his profession. Mr. William Bryant himself is caring, friendly, polite, compassionate, a family man, and very determined to finish the job promptly and correctly. It's difficult to find honest contractors but I believe we have definitely found one in William! If your family is looking for a heating and air contractor, I highly recommend this company. I've lived in Henry county all my life so I've dealt with companies that have been around for 20+ years and they all let my family down. Then we ran into My Aire and almost instantly noticed the difference in this particular company bc their service stands out.
