William Bryant did amazing work. He was available to come same day I called. I had to schedule him the following day due to my work schedule, in which he came before 10am. He is very professional and knowledgeable. William was able to troubleshoot my issue and took time to show me and explain what caused my problem.

Definitely recommend this company and I will be using William again in the future.

Our HVAC system recently went out. We called My Aire Heating and Cooling and they came out the same day within a few hours of us calling. Hunter and Cody were great from the beginning - after determining that our entire system needed to be replaced, the owner Will came out to our home to confirm and to discuss our options with us. They got our system replaced as quickly as possible and handled everything with compassion, honesty, and professionalism. All of our questions and concerns were answered and accommodated. I can truly say that we received above and beyond service from start to finish. Look no further for honest, professional service.

Had a great experience with My Aire. My AC was leaking water and needed repair. They were professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. It was easy to schedule an appointment, Alan was awesome over the phone. My service technician Cody was awesome as well. Overall great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

I do not recommend hiring this company.

In short: poor workmanship, poor business practices, poor customer service.

-Technicians didn't arrive with proper tools to do the work.
-Technicians cut holes in newly installed vapor barrier with no intention or ability to patch it.
-Technicians didn't properly charge the HVAC system, didn't properly install the drain line, equipment froze as a result and later leaked all around the unit.
-CEO demanded payment prior to system functioning properly and listed charges for materials the technicians didn't install.
-CEO accused me of “non-payment” and “theft” when I didn't instantly pay the inaccurate bill.
-CEO threatened me with legal action because I intended to have a third party come and inspect the installed equipment for damage from the freezing.
-CEO threatened me with police action for “non-payment” and “theft” after they performed more work on the system and it still wouldn't function properly.
-CEO personally parked on my street for several hours while he called for police to demand I pay him.
-Thankfully, once the police arrived at my property, the CEO became more reasonable and reduced my bill several hundred dollars to account for the time and trouble I had to spend dealing with his company and an unwarranted police presence at my house. My account with this company is settled and I won't be calling on them again.
