Our unit wasnt cooling the house, I was able to get a next day appmt with Jason. He came out on time and diagnosed the issue pretty quickly. He was able to give us all our options to make the best decision for repair, as we needed a whole new system. Great service and great value

Excellent customer service!!!!! I called with an emergency, close to closing time. A tech (Jason S.) was sent within minutes! Jason was very knowledgeable of the system and was able to fix the problem immediately! Job well done!!!! Will definitely do business with the company again!

This is a great company to call if you need work done fast, I called them at 9 am on the forth of July for an ac unit that was not pumping water to the outside of the house. By 2 pm, it was fixed the same day, on a holiday. Jason was great, and he knew what the problem was and fixed it quickly. I will always call Jason in the future.

Highly recommend! Used a different company through our warranty and had to wait 10 days for them to replace a part and didn’t even install it right and left without checking the temperatures. It was 87 degrees in my house! This company came out after hours and fixed it properly and waited until the temps dropped and still triple checked his work. Our technician Joey Graves was a life saver. Will definitely use this company in the future.

We have been using One Call for a few years with regular maintanence. They are priced affordable, they do qualty work, and they are efficient in the process. Just recently we had a zone board blow out in winter. The technician, Jason, was awesome! He was patient, attentive, and instructive when it came to explaining the issue, and overall, incredibly helpful. They had the problem fixed within a couple of days. One Call is an excellent company that you can trust to get the job done right at a good price.

Hunter was extremely nice. He had an emergency today and he was still able to show up for the job. Very knowledgeable as well. I’ve only used One Call since I’ve needed services. Best one in McDonough. This company does not overcharge either.

The office staff was friendly and scheduled our appointment for the next day. The technician showed up on time and called before he arrived. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He gave us advice on how to better care for our system and a problem left over from the previous owners. He provided lots of education about what we could expect for the future. He even assisted us with getting some PVC parts right with a well pump we were trying to fix while he was here, which was above and beyond expectations. So glad we decided to use One Call!

This company is GREAT! Jason is one of their technicians and he is always super efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I have had a Preventative Maintenance Account with One Call for a number of years and am always very pleased with their service and attention to detail. Mike Phillips was here last week to do the normal fall check-up on our heating and did the same thorough job that he has always done - both on our heating in the fall and our cooling in the spring. I found a new HVAC service that I will keep using. They called me when they had a cancellation and got to my house a day early. Once here the tech fixed our furnace and did their inspection in about an hour.
While here mentioned their bi-yearly service where they come out and do their inspection and change filters twice a year for one really good price.
I thought this was a great deal and signed up for it.
Very professional and honest, it was a pleasure doing business with them.

One Call Heating and Cooling doesn't disappoint! Jason S. was absolutely by far the best HVAC tech I've ever had! He was very professional, courteous, and came prepared with his shoe covers and mask as I was a little hesitant prior to calling for service due to the current Covid 19 crisis. Jason educated me on my current system and made sure I knew what type of filter to use. He showed me how things worked and what happens if your AC unit isn't maintained properly. Jason was so thorough, never rushed and even found that one of my systems had the wrong filter size. I kept forgetting the size so he wrote it on the unit. Can't lose it now! Jason is so very knowledgeable and is honest. He even gave me some info I would need for a future AC project. I will definitely use One Call Heating and Cooling in the future. You can tell Jason takes pride in his work and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service! There is a reason a lot of my family members use this company! We have been using One Call for several years now. We nursed an old leaking heat pump along for awhile with their help, when replacement time came they were very helpful, even with options. We chose to upgrade and have been very pleased with their recommendation. The larger unit has improved performance as well as lower power bill. We have reduced electricity usage by 45% over this time last year Great job One Call!

One Call Heating & Cooling has always been my go to servicer! Professional, knowledgeable, and honest has been my experience with every technician I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I would highly recommend them. Last year, my air wouldn't cool and it was super hot in Georgia so I called them and they couldn't get out until several days later. Well, I ended up calling another company that came out to my home and they were going to charge a fortune! My husband and I decided to exercise a little patience and we ended up having One Call Heating & Cooling come out. Thank goodness we did that! One, they were much cheaper than the other company and 2. they didn't charge to run new diagnostics since the other company had done that part. Next time and every time I will stick to One Call Heating & Cooling!

The experience I've had with your company has been phenomenal! Both Michael and Jason went "above and beyond"to assure that my frantic call "I have no heat" was changed into the highest praise for a warm and cozy home. Michael assessed the situation, cleaned the clogged fan, answered all my questions patiently. Jason installed the blower motor quickly after checking "to make sure the connection is good" at my son's request. Mike came by at my request to make sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision about how to proceed, and the sweet young lady on the phone was patient with me through all my "woes"! My wife was severely injured in an accident and within a few days of returning home our ac stopped cooling (100+) degrees. I contacted One Call and they were at our home the next day and quickly diagnosed the compressor was bad. They replaced the unit within two days and it is operating fine. One Call techs. are knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable as soon as possible.

Jason was great. He was ON TIME and extremely professional. My AC wasn’t running whatsoever and it was HOTTT. Punctuality and cleanliness 10/10! Which is so so rare these days. He serviced and cleaned the ac unit pipes and wasn’t even the least bit messy. I would recommend Jason and One Call to anybody…even for something as simple as a filter replacement.

Have used One Call for decades; since before they changed their name + moved to McDonough. I never post negative comments but hope this warns you. Imagine my surprise when the plumber AND another HVAC tech brought me pictures of my furnace with tape over splits telling me that's illegal! One tear was big + leaking cm! I'm disabled + unable to get to the basement. I told the new One Call technician when he came to do the Spring inspection. He left without talking to me. When I asked for half of my yearly inspection fee to be returned, I was told the owner would call me but he never did. This is your warning. Don't do business with this company.

These guys were great! One call was actually all it took. The tech Jason, called me and came right out. I wasn't home but He kept me informed on all of his diagnoses and allowed me to decide if I wanted Services to be done before hand. He repaired my a/c united and even took my payment over the phone because I forgot to leave the payment at home for him. He was very patient and kind. Jason came out promptly and pinpointed the exact problem with our AC system. A previous company had come out and quoted over $3,500.
