I have used this company for years and have had mainly positive experiences.

One bad result: They looked at my mother-in-law's system and said the control board was bad, no parts available, need a new system. Called another company in and they replaced the thermostat, system works great. That's my negative review. Everyone can have a bad day.

The condensate pump on my home AC was shutting down the unit. The technician said the line needed to be cleared and the pump needed cleaning. He could do it for $400 or I could pay him for the service call and do it myself. He told me what was needed and I did it. I ended up paying him $75 for his time and expertise. Positive review.

We had a dispute over a bill and Jessica bent over backwards to make things right. We have rarely had this level of service from ANY company. Very positive experience.

We have had years of service calls for numerous properties with no complaints. I would recommend this HVAC company.

It’s about 3 weeks now I had a new HVAC system installed. Let’s start from the beginning. I was looking for a company that’s in my area and this company popped up among others. What caught my attention and give this company a chance was the review's.
1. When I called to make an appointment the receptionist Jessica, was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. She has a personality that’s off the charts!
2. The technician Brandon, came out and give me the raw honest truth of what’s go going with my system (that I’ve been having problems with all summer). Brandon is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain and show you what the problem is and why the system is acting the way it is. I felt that I was in HVAC training, the way he was explaining/ showing me things……. Which is a good thing for me lol.
3. With the several option I had. I chose to install a brand new system. Yes I did my thorough research before I pulled the trigger. Installation went smoothly. A plus for me was the warranty. Also what I did like was after installation about a week later a technician came by to check and make sure everything is running right.

The technician's were nice and polite and found the problem. However, I was falsely told the unit was out of warranty and the cost to repair was overwhelming to me. I paid the service fee of $140.00 and I called another company to have a look. The other company was half the cost to repair and in fact the unit was still under warranty. I would not recommand this company based on my recent experience.
UPDATE: The company did reach out, apologized, and issued a full refund. I really appreciate and respect the efforts of this company to make things right.

I’ve had multiple technicians from Absolute Air over time, and while the company itself is solid, Daniel is by far the best technician I’ve worked with. Other technicians have unfortunately left dirty marks on my walls, didn’t fully clean up after themselves, and lacked consistent follow-up. Daniel is the complete opposite.

He is extremely thorough, respectful of my home, and always makes sure everything is clean before he leaves. You can genuinely tell that he cares about his work and about the customer experience. I now always request Daniel whenever he’s available.

When I bought my house, a new furnace had been installed. The installation was so poor that it was insufficiently heating and cooling the house. Mike and Hunter came to the house and Hunter did a thorough investigation of the problems. But he and Mike even checked to see if the existing warranty would cover the issues. They made sure that I knew all of my options and the pricing that went along with it. I didn't feel as if I was being duped which happens alot with single women. The team was here for two full days and in to the evening. They would not leave until it was right. Hunter, Zuri, Billy, Kaleb, Mike, Kevin, Matt H, and Matt C. are the best. I would recommend them to anyone. Wait! I did. Thanks guys!

Both Jonathan and his supervisor M8ke were absolutely excellent. They were thorough with their diagnostic and explained every finding. We appreciate their expertise and professionalism.

We have dealt with ABSOLUTE BEST AIR for almost 10 years. We don’t call nobody else. The technicians that came this time was Johnathan and Cody. Johnathan professionalism and honesty is the heart of this company. And Cody with his know how of 10 plus years. He was the closer. Completing the job in record time and ending with class and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this company and this DUO. Chris and co. just replaced our upstairs unit. They were quick to come out, gave the best price on a quote, were prompt, professional, and cleaned up after they left. The followup visit to check on everything was nice as well as they were able to get a couple of (tiny) hiccups worked out without the need for me to call for service. Have used them in the past and will continue!

When our HVAC system died, we called out several companies to give us quotes. Evans was the only person who hold us that he could try to patch up our current system for $100 and it might last about 6 months so we could save up money for the new system. He was correct! The patch gave us enough time to save up the money we needed. When Evans came out to install the new HVAC system, they did a perfect job. We truly appreciate how Evans suggested a plan that was best for us and our situation. Every other company just wanted the immediate big sale.

John showed up within minutes of the beginning of the window we were given. He found the issue, fixed it, and was out the door within 10 minutes! Fastest service call yet! Love this company! They not only save me money, they save me time.

Chris and his team are very professional and On time. Matthew and another young man serviced our AC, and they did an excellent job. I made a last-minute call, and they put me on the schedule the same day and came out to service my home within 30 minutes. The gentleman was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. I will most definitely recommend Evans Air and Conditioner Inc.

EDIT FOLLOWING INSTALLATION OF COMPLETELY NEW SYSTEM:

TL;DR Version - Chris Evans knows what he's talking about. Trust his sizing recommendations. He does quality work and is a rare find in the contracting industry.

The Full Version - I had problems with a brand new retrofit system done by a licensed HVAC contractor from Newnan. The quality of work was terrible, the furnace was inop following the installation and after I ordered sizing calculations, I confirmed my suspicion that the system was grossly oversized.

I found Chris through an architectural technology YouTube channel I follow and had him come out and look at my problems. He was unbelievably respectful of the problem contractor, but honest in his evaluation and recommendations. After an extended period trying to get the original contractor to admit that the system he installed was not what was contracted and grossly oversized, I hired Chris to replace the entire system from the previous contractor.

Chris' work was reasonably priced, especially for the level of quality. The installation was double checked and fully functional upon completion.

When you hire Chris to install or replace your system listen to his sizing recommendation. When it comes to heating and air conditioning, bigger is NOT better.

Matt came out and did a great job of replacing a part on our furnace. The company has been easy to work with and we plan to continue using them well into the future.

Jon Meyer was thorough and meticulous diagnosing the problem, explaining it to me and contacting the manufacturer to find out my unit was still under warranty. Phew! Glad I contacted Evans and recommend them.
