Company was sent by my warranty company, schedule was made.... they never showed/called, I called he rescheduled for a later time that day, he never showed, never called.... the next day I came he said he'll come, never showed, never called.... then he said he'll come on Sunday making an exception. THEY NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED....Mon I called, he didn't answer. He called back an hour later asking me how I was doing that day.... please don't use this company!!!

Donald was hired As a private contractor through my home warranty company to perform a repair on my a/c unit. Initially was supposed to show up for A diagnostic appointment on 5/29 and no called no showed. He showed up the following afternoon (Saturday) and stated he would be back to fix the problem on Monday. Monday came and went and still no information. Was then told on Thursday 6/4 that the part was received and to expect him to show up later that day to fix the unit, guess what, no call no show. Was then told that he would show up today 6/9 between 2pm and 4pm to finally repair the unit, it is now 6:38 pm and myself, nor the home warranty company have been able to contact him. Completely and utterly unreliable and unprofessional.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! Donald installed a brand new Ruud heat pump unit for my home second floor earlier this year. You would expect a brand new unit to work properly. He seemed nice at the install. I have called him back about this unit three times so far and it’s never a problem with the unit, it’s always something he didn’t set right or something he needs to come back and reset etc. The worse part is this man is unprofessional and has no respect for people’s time and is one of the worse ever when it comes to communication. Here is my most recent interaction: I called him yesterday because the outside unit of the new heat pump he installed wasn’t running again. He said it may be this or that has to be reset and that he can come today between 2pm and 4pm, I told him I would have to close my own business to meet him so the closer to 4pm the better. He said that will be even better for him as well. Today, At 3:45pm I hadn’t heard from him so I called him. No answer, I headed home and I let him know via text that I am on my way. It is now 6pm. I have called him four times and texted him five times in the last two hours to simply find out if he is coming or not. No answer, no text back and no show! This is exactly the same thing he did when I called him back in March because the outside unit didn’t work then either and supposedly he fixed everything. I will call Ruud for sure amd let them know, but I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

I hired Donald to install a brand new mini split back in October. The unit continued to have issues. He came back once, maybe twice and after that continued to give me the runaround via text message stating he would come and fix the unit. To date - it’s still not working after paying for the services in full. He promised he would show up on Sunday 3/14. I sent a reminder text on Saturday 3/13 - no reply and no show. I have text messages dating back to the install. He is very nice to speak with but lacks professionalism, follow through and knowledge to do a successful install.

I'm not going to lie, there was a break down in commmunication during the day but Donald promised me he was going to come to my house & he did. It was about 8pm when he showed up but he did show up & quickly fixed my a/c units. I was very impressed with his knowledge of hvac especially him being so young & when he did show up he was very professional & helpful! He explained his difficulty with communication because he's constantly on the go in attics, etc., but I explained to him the importance of communication & he understood & agreed. I was very satisfied with his work & I'll definitely be using him in the future! And for anyone reading this review give the young man a chance & for those who gave him a bad review give him a 2nd chance. Through all the hiccups he made good on his promise & my grandbabies have a/c again & thats all thats important to me. Patience is a virtue & it paid off in this case! Thanks Donald!

I contacted Temp Pro HVAC and immediately D.J responded. Came over and checked my unit. Told me the issue, cost of repairs and my heat was repaired good as new the next day. I highly recommend them.
