TLDR: do NOT sign up for their monthly membership if you don’t wish to pay for it the rest of your life (and honestly into the afterlife I’m sure).

After calling the company out for a duct repair estimate, I signed up for their monthly membership. This was supposed to cover general ac maintenance. I ended up making an appointment for ac maintenance a couple months after I signed up for the membership. I was given a window of time for my appointment and made sure to he at home for that time. Later that day, after my appointment window passed, I called to see if my appointment window was delayed since no one came to my house. I was told they came earlier in the day (2 hours BEFORE my appointment window). I had not received a phone call, text, or email regarding ther earlier time slot. I decided to go ahead and reschedule the appointment since I “missed the one earlier.” After rescheduling the appointment for a week later, the company did not show up during the allotted time and did not communicate with me. Around 9 pm that night I got a phone call asking if anyone came and I answered no. The attempted to reschedule my appointment AGAIN which is when I asked to cancel the membership and be refunded for the previous months’ membership fees. They said they would not be able to refund the money but that they would cancel the monthly subscription. This was 4 months ago. Every month I am charged again for the membership and every month I have called to cancel. They constantly tell me that they will cancel it but I receive another bill the month after. This company is very unprofessional and is hard to get in touch with.

10/25 Update: After leaving this comment, we have CONTINUED to be charged the monthly service fee. We are having to be issued a new card because this company refuses to stop charging us for a service we have tried to cancel on 7 different occasions.

Overall great experience. Tari Ogoun was very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed our problem in no time. Thanks again for the help.
