My unit was a pain and I felt very bad that he had to be out there in the cold so long but he worked until he got it fixed. Ty came out today he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable during my maintenance appointment. I appreciated the level of care and detail that he paid to my system and also in explaining what he did. I would definitely recommend this company!!!!

I am so disappointed in this company. Very unprofessional in terms of not honoring my appointment nor being respectful of my time. I received no call as to when Corey my technician will show up to do the work. I called them twice to get an actual ETA but no one could tell me, finally someone called and said that I was scheduled for 7 pm instead of 8-12 like we had agreed upon. I told them to cancel and didn't bother rescheduling. I thought that was very unprofessional and I will not be referring this company to anyone. Please respect customers time and have some common courtesy as a business

Ty is a very good tech. He has been servicing our systems for many years. He never pushes us to buy things we don’t need , but is very good at suggesting and installing upgrades that have been excellent additions, like ultra-violet lights to kill viruses. He is very friendly and we enjoy his visits on bi-annual services.

Wow, what fantastic service I was able to get when I was in such dire need. My heat valve needed replacement and I am so glad that I called the right company! Ty was my service man with his assistant Chris and together they explained the procedure to give me a clear understanding. They went above and beyond and gave me also a free filter that was top quality. Great to know there are technicians like Ty that care about the customer and aim to please. Their professional service has won my choice for my future heating and air needs. So glad they also work on weekends along with 8:00 pm during the week.

Ferris did an incredible job with maintenance tune up servicing for the two units in my home. The units had not been serviced in over a year and Ferris patiently walked me through all of the diagnostic testing and results and helped me understand the best way to resolve issues as they were revealed. Would highly recommend asking for Ferris when you book your bi-annual maintenance!

I have been a customer for almost 2 years, and this company has not failed me. I am notified when it is time for routine maintenance, and the price is beyond reasonable! The company is consistent, and that means a ton. I have had 3 technicians, and they were all great, but the most recent, Ferris, stood out. He reached out an hour before his appointment window to give me an update, and kept me updated up until he made it to my place. He did his thing, made recommendations, AND provided quotes for the work. This company has a great team.

Terrance Anderson, Residential Service Technician, serviced my AC system today and he was excellent. He was very thorough and took his time to show me exactly what he was doing step by step. Ty from Peachtree Service Experts came out to our home today to complete our annual service. He was amazing! He took the time to fully assess our HVAC systems, cleaned the coils on our air compressors, and unclogged both condensation lines that I didn't realize were clogged. Ty took the time to walk me through what he inspected, what services he provided and what steps I could take to care for my systems. I was throughly impressed by Ty the the service he provided.

Ty is the best technician that has serviced my heating and air conditioner unit since l have been in my home. I have had quite a few technicians here. He takes his time and ensures that the work that is needed to be performed is done to perfection. He is very friendly and has a great personality.

Our technician, Tari, was great! From the moment he entered our house, he put on his shoe coverings and he explained everything he was going to check on our furnace. He was very pleasant, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Peachtree Service Experts and especially Tari, our technician.

Great service with quick support. Ferris was eager to help fix my A/C unit and had a cheerful attitude throughout the process. He was very polite and knowledgeable and kept me informed of what parts failed and how the system needed repair. Pleasant experience overall.

Received recent service from Peachtree Service Experts. Can’t say this for everyone… Requested Ty who was super, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He and Mitch (also great) restored my heat, provided maintenance and repairs…. a job that could have easily taken days was done in an hour or so. Overall great service. I am truly grateful! Highly recommend!

I pay monthly for Peachtree Service Experts service. My AC went out today. When the techs "Tari" and "Tamiko" came by, they vacuumed the water out of the drip pan of my air handler in the attic using my shop vac (over 15 gallons). There was a filter in the same that is ruined and waterlogged. They tried to leave without emptying the same.

My pregnant wife asked the techs if they would take the 15 gallons of water out of the attic before they left as they were getting in the van. He said no but he would wait until I carried the water out to see if i needed help. The tech then sat in the attic as I carried out 3 x 5 gallon buckets of water down a ladder myself (one by one) to empty them out out.

When we asked if we got a discount for carrying the water out ourselves, the tech told us "its your water" and charged us $215. I then asked "what if our shop vac wasn't there" and he said "I have a shop vac in the van."

If this is how they treat their subscription members, imagine how they will treat you. Stay very far away.

Augustine visited today and kindly ran through my options and serviced my unit. Thank you Peachtree.

Do not do business with these people! I signed up for the monthly service fee thinking it was a good deal. On 3 separate occasions I tried scheduling a service only for no one to show up. Two of those times I wasn't even given a phone call as a heads up. After this I attempted to call and cancel my monthly membership. There are a bunch of hoops to jump through that make it more difficult than it needs to be. Most frustrating of all I am continuing to be billed by this company. The last time I called I was told the issue was fixed and I would no longer be billed. Quite literally the very next day I received a charge to my card. Do not use this company!
