I hired this company to clean a rental property that was left absolutely filthy! This crew came in, worked all day, and left the property very clean and fresh. The workers were all very nice and in tune with the work that was at hand. I would highly recommend this company.

They may be good at cleaning. But I'll never know. After purchasing a Groupon, and trying to get an appointment for 5 weeks, we finally got one and they informed me they'd arrive between 1-2 pm. They text me at 12:53 the day of, and said they're here early. I informed them I was right down the street. They text me at 1:03 and said they can't wait. I tried calling and they sent me to voicemail. I arrive at 1:04 and they were gone.
They wouldn't answer any calls. They just sent texts saying they were busy and I'd have to make another appointment. I waited 5 weeks and they couldn't wait 5 minutes.
Awful communication throughout entire 5 weeks. Very disappointed in their customer service and desire to perform service once they got payment through Groupon.

I have used A&A Cleaning for over 5 years. They are always reliable and do an excellent job! I would highly recommend their services and I actually HAVE recommend A&A to many of my friends who currently use them today.
