I had Molly Maid come to clean my apartment, and I’m so happy with the results! It was a last minute cleaning but they were able to fit me in on a short notice, showed up on time, and were so friendly and professional. The team worked fast but still managed to leave everything spotless.
I will be definitely using their services again!

Extremely Disappointing Experience
This was honestly the worst cleaning experience I’ve ever had. We booked a deep spring cleaning. The service was supposed to include moving items and dishes, cleaning inside drawers and cabinets, cleaning under cabinets, dusting thoroughly, cleaning baseboards, doors, door handles, light switches, windowsills, walls (where marks could easily be removed), vacuuming rugs, cleaning the pantry, and properly making the beds. None of that was done properly. Before the cleaning, the person in charge who came to assess the home was very friendly and reassuring. She explained that everything would be covered, emphasized that deep spring cleaning was their specialty, and made it sound like all of these items would be handled without issue. However, on the actual day of cleaning, she returned briefly and did not properly inspect the work. My daughter had to point out several things that were not done, and her concerns were met with a dismissive response.
The same thing happened on the second day. She returned again but there was no accountability. Her behavior was just as dismissive as the cleaners. To give examples of what was missed: I had brand new sheets ready for the bed, but they used the old sheets instead and didn’t make the bed correctly. The sheet was put on inside out and even after they came back a second time, it was still wrong. The dishes were never moved, drawers and cabinets were not cleaned at all, rugs were not vacuumed, dust everywhere, the pantry wasn’t cleaned, floors were not swept, and walls and doors were never touched. They took all day yet did nothing. I’ve used both professional companies and private cleaners before and it’s never taken more than 4–6 hours and the results were always greater than this.
The first team was rude and dismissive. The second team they sent back was slightly nicer and did a bit better, but still failed to complete what was promised. It often felt like they either didn’t understand what was being asked or simply didn’t care. Now I understand why they have last-minute availability after speaking with some of my clients, everyone I asked had a bad experience and nothing good to say. This was a lot of money for extremely poor service, poor management oversight, and no accountability. I would never recommend this company and would never give them another dollar.

The statements made do not reflect what actually occurred either during the initial visit or after your return. Even after the return visit, the cleaning was still not satisfactory. The bed was again made terribly and improperly. It was inside out and incorrectly positioned at a level of care that even my 7yrs old could reasonably do better.
Additionally, bathroom floors still had visible marks, walls were not touched at all, and dust remained on clearly visible surfaces such as tabletops and pantry shelves. These are basic, easily accessible areas not hidden or obstructed spaces and should have been addressed during a thorough cleaning. My daughter was told by the “supervisor” that you don’t clean windows bc “they can break”! That’s the most ridiculous thing any cleaning business can say. You mentioned cleaning behind the refrigerator and stove. Yes, I specifically requested this and clearly stated that I was willing to pay extra, as I requested a deep spring cleaning with items moved, cleaned thoroughly, and placed back properly. I was told that, since this was my first service, this would be accommodated.
Despite that understanding and agreement, neither the refrigerator nor the stove was moved or cleaned behind at any point. Regarding management involvement: the manager was not on-site actively checking the work. She was present briefly when the team arrived and again before they finished, There was no final walkthrough or inspection. The same thing occurred on the second day. The photos were taken after the second visit showing that issues still remained unresolved.

EMJ's cleaning crew does a great job. We have used them for almost 2 years and would highly recommend them. Their service is exceptional!

I have used EMJ Cleaning for some years now and have been pleased. Sometimes they may miss dusting here or there but overall I would use them again. They have always accommodated me and very helpful. The price is VERY reasonable.

I have used EMJ consistently for Move Out cleanings. The team is consistent, professional, responsive and thorough. They even did the refrigerator and oven!. Great job getting the house to like new condition.

The lady’s was nice but they did not clean good!! I did not have a good experience with this company. I paid for deep clean And I still had spiderwebs in the corner, blinds was still dusty. She stacked everything on my desk. I called the lady in the office and she said she can not do nothing about that. Believe I will not be getting service from them again! IF YOU’RE GOING TO CHARGE $200 something for deep cleaning then I NEED ALL MY MONEYS WORTH LOVE.

Cindy and Rosario came in did a deep cleaning on my entire house and did a awesome job. They were professional and kept there mask on as I requested before the cleaning. I’ve been using EMJ on and off for a couple on years and they never disappoint.

We’ve been using EMJ for a few months now and the service has been great. Deep cleaning to start our service got the house clean and fresh. The regular service is always on time and the ladies do a great job.

Update:
EMJ reached out to me and offered to come back and clean the house again for free with a different crew, or a discount for another service. I declined only because I already moved in and have my furniture and belongings everywhere. I don't use maid service and don't plan to move for a while so I also declined the future discount. I appreciate them reaching out and trying to make it right.

Was a little disappointed. Paid for a 3 level Move-in cleaning and they didn't touch the basement at all. Would have liked it if they at least mopped. The laundry room was only mopped, my washer and dryer weren't wiped down as promised. They wiped the shelves of the refrigerator/freezer but not the inside sides or doors or handles. Also didn't touch my master bedroom closet at all.

The things they did do were good though. For the price, it was good enough. I just would've really liked my basement mopped as well.
