I've used EMJ for 11 years now and they are the best. We will never trust another company as much. They have been so flexible with all of our needs and always do a wonderful job. They are also very easy to communicate with, either by email, text or phone call. I find their rates reasonable and pay for bi-weekly cleaning, which is a blessing! Saved our marriage 😂 Now we can relax on weekends instead of spending what little free time we have cleaning! We also allow them to enter with their own code while we are away and have never had any issues. Highly recommend!

Overall, they did a very good job. My apartment is pristine and they even reorganized the rooms and closets in varying degrees that makes them look much nicer! The cleaning professionals I talked to were very friendly and kind, but didn't speak a lot of English which made some communication difficult. The individuals I spoke to over the phone, including Jose, were very polite, friendly, and courteous as well - this company knows about customer service! I'm really happy with the work done and it was worth every penny I spent. I'll definitely call on them again when I need their services.

I had all the carpet in my home cleaned recently and I am so glad I used EMJ House Cleaning. It had been a couple of years since they last cleaned it for me and when I call to set up an appointment it was as if it was just yesterday that they were here (they still had my information on file!). The technician showed up on time, knew exactly what he needed to do and was very polite. And last but not least the price was perfect.

Please do not use this company. Paid for a deep clean and had to do it myself. I live alone and keep a clean house, requested deep clean to get my baseboards, light fixtures, window seals cleaned. That wasn’t done had to go behind them and clean myself. Never received call for feedback on services only demanding for payment. Once again $300 for deep clean isn’t cheap and no homeowner wants to be scammed this way. Please stay far away from EMJ Cleaning service. Very dishonest and scammers! Would’ve gave 0 stars but had to click one to leave the post.

I hired this company to do a deep cleaning of my home. I was due to give birth at any moment & couldn’t clean my house like usual. I communicated I wanted a thorough cleaning of baseboards in the home. I paid $230 for a deep cleaning and don’t feel like the job was worth the money. The ladies showed up on time and were very nice. However window sills and the baseboards weren’t cleaned thoroughly as expected. I pointed the baseboards out and they told me they couldn’t clean them better. It appears they just rubbed a damp rag over them and whatever didn’t come off, simply didn’t come off. I offered them bottled waters and they left them in the sink instead of discarding in the trash. I also read they would load the dishwasher. I had minimal dishes but they were left in the sink as well. Overall, it was a lackluster experience and below my expectations of what a deep cleaning should be.

Very disappointed with my cleaning services. I tried to give them a chance but they have under performed 3xs so I had to cancel all further appointments. They do keep their 24 hr satisfaction guarantee and send someone the next day to fix the issues but it is an inconvenience.
