Landmark Lansdscapes has been handling all of the lawn and turf maintenance and the Roswell High School Lacrosse Field for the past few years. The field has never looked better and their rates are very reasonable. We could not be happier

I am sure the company is good but the employees are terrible. They refuse small requests, leave debris/garbage everywhere and are the laziest landscapers i have ever met.

Damaged multiple cars in the parking lot with rocks chips by using a weed whacker on asphalt next to parked cars.

If you need quality landscaping services, there are hundreds of better options in the area.

Be careful choosing these folks. They will do a sub par cleaning your complex and when blowing leaves your car will have dust & dirt all over your car and they don’t care to try to avoid it. They have been cleaning my complex for half a year and I have to move my car now every Tuesday morning so I don’t have a dirt pile on my car after they run through my complex. Ridiculous. Pay attention to detail. I will be letting my complex know my displeasure with your company also.

Expert staff that know the details of the products they sell, share experiences and advice on how to best start a new tree and leave no mess behind! Very prompt, fair price, and very good quality of trees! Thanks so much to the entire staff!

Landmark Landscapes is a very well respected landscaping company that has been in business for over 30 years. They have a highly trained professional staff to assist you with your landscaping needs. My experience with Landmark Landscape has been very pleasant. Management is always prompt and courteous when providing quotes for various projects. Their level of service ranges from repairs, routine maintenance to flower installation and beyond. The willingness to meet the needs of the customer is what I like about them the most. I trust them with my landscaping needs.

Today while I was out. My cat and my dog sit in our fenced in backyard at Overlook@Huntcrest. I came back and my cat was missing but my dog was there. The pine straw guy came to me and told me a lady was taking pictures of my cat and said she was going to take him because he was healthy and clean. Mind you, this is the same man that 3 months ago I walked out in my back yard and HE was taking pictures of my cat. Anyways long story short, I called this company and told them I believed this man had my cat because his story kept changing. They told me they didn’t hire him!!! My apartment complex didn’t hire the pine straw guys either??? Finally this company said they did subcontract these guys, but it is a he said she said problem. There is a lot more to the story. Bottom line this company doesn’t know who they hire!!! And they allow people to steal animals!!! I asked where these guys were at so I could look in their truck. If they are innocent they would let me look. No one would meet with me and it was brushed off. What if this was my kid?! My cat needs heart meds and will die, on top of that I am a wounded warrior!! He is my healing companion.

These landscapers are terrible. They are contracted by my apartment building so unfortunately I have no choice in the matter. They knock over my pathway lights every single time they come, and today I saw the guy destroy one of them intentionally when he thought no one was looking; just took a whack at it like it was a golf ball as it broke and went everywhere. If someone from the company reads this, please encourage your employees to STOP DESTROYING PRIVATE PROPERTY FOR FUN.

They also leave dirt absolutely everywhere and blow my doormat clear across the porch and never bother moving it back.

Whatever these guys get paid it is too much.

Landmark Landscapes maintains the grounds in my apartment complex. Sure, they do an okay job of trimming hedges and mowing grass - but they do a TERRIBLE job of respecting the privacy of the tenants.

Our designated service day is Friday but service personnel from LL come in and out of our yard at will and unannounced - all days of the week!

They often leave the gate unlatched and this morning they left the gate WIDE OPEN - TWICE!

The first time I had to scour the complex to retrieve my dogs. Then, an hour later, as I am coming out of the apartment with my dogs and my kid a strange man (later identified as John, a LL manager) is again opening the gate into our yard. When I approached him he nastily refused to close and secure the gate claiming that he has "a right to enter the yard".

LL is a contractor hired by this apartment complex. John's sense of entitlement and total disregard for the security and safety of residents is shameful.

When LL services multi-family properties like this one they should remember that they are at work, but we are AT HOME! Thus, respect and consideration should be given.

this landscape service suck!!!! how are they even still in business

pick up my elderly mother today to take her to her dr apt. i parked near mailboxes because i dont like door dings. left at approximately 7:50 am. returned at 9:30am. i drive a white tesla. saw a bunch of dirt all over my car from landmark landscapes. my car was wet due to overnight moisture. basically i had mudd all over my car. i had my car washed yesterday. when i returned i saw landscapers not too far away from my car. i went to confront them about what they did and one that claims to be mgr said it was an accident and he was laughing like it was funny. i went to office and spoke to a woman who sat in office to the right. explain to her what happened. her response was well they have to landscape. i’m like wow no problem solving people customer service skills whatsoever. she was unbothered by my issue. no apologies. their only concern was the leaves and blowing dirt all over everyone’s property. just unprofessional and ghetto demeanor. when i was leaving the office a tenant said that happened to his car a few weeks ago he since bought a car cover. this is unacceptable and tenants should sue this landscape company and apartment company for property damage. that dirt is damaging paint. basically no one wants to be liable for sorry business there’s no ethics. they just want your money.
