Stilll blowing sand all over my truck! Super trash company and zero respect for tenants vehicles

Update: 4 days later the owner still doesn’t fix his employees

Had to stand outside so they wouldn’t blow sand at my truck. They blew sand at everyone else’s vehicles.

Just got my truck detailed and they blew dirt all over my vehicle. Zero care for tenants vehicles. Would never hire this company after this experience

After reading many reviews, it appears as is very on brand with this company. That they either contract people out, which they can’t really really say that since they’re truck is in my photo . These are the laziest landscapers I have ever seen to be blowing dirt all over peoples vehicle and if you see a vehicle that’s shiny that just got washed. Wouldn’t even consider…. MAYBE they don’t want dirt all over it after they just paid money for a detail.

I cannot wait to leave the apartment. I’m so sick and tired of this company and their lack of respect for people. I’ve had a yell at them about my trashcan getting knocked over and they don’t even pick up the trashcan. They just leave it knocked over they move your doormats all over the place.

They have zero concern and lack of care for peoples items and just act as if they’re doing a good job they might as well not do anything and the tenants would be happier .

Owner don’t even reply to me because you have been saying you’ll ask them to be careful for TWO YEARS in these reviews and yet here we are still dealing with your team’s lackadaisical work ethic.

Elijah is great! He continued working even though i inadvertently let out my big goofy dog while he was in the yard. Thanks for being sweet to him, Elijah!

Shaf is great. His texts help me know about following up with water based on the application. My grass looks great.

Collin of ArborNomics is a real lawn care pro. I ask a lot of questions and he is always able to share good info about exactly what is going on with the care of my yard. Thank you Collin!

I just started with these guys. They are very professional and do excellent work. My tech found my phone in the front yard and was kind enough to put it on my porch. Really impressive!

Intel is always very professional and courteous. He always keeps in touch with us the can’t make the day scheduled. He noticed something different with our lawn and immediately suggested his manager come out to assess the lawn.

Nick and the entire Arbor-Nomics team has helped not only bring my lawn back to life in the harsh GA heat, but maintained it’s health and curb-appeal for the last 3 years. I’ve been extremely pleased with Arbor-Nomics and how they make the service seamless and on ‘auto-pilot’. I get a text for each upcoming service and appointment, and it’s handled with yearly up-front pricing so I don’t have to worry or think about it; just sit back and enjoy the yard and space they’ve improved for me.

Have trusted arbor nomics for a couple of years now, I have photos of an incredibly beautiful yard but this year it’s been filled with the weeds, I’m told to dig up. My tech blames it on the neighbors cross over but I’ve never had this much cross over and the neighbors have never treated. I asked my tech to let me know when he arrived, he agreed, I also asked his eta, his response was end of his day, he let me know by text and when I made it out 4mins after, he had already sprayed the front and was in the backyard. Pulling his hose carelessly through my flower bed. Can’t spray around them for weeds but he can crush them with the hose. I’ve asked for a new tech after so many weeds this year but he says it’s going to be the same thing. I’d like one of the techs the reviews rave about. I don’t trust mine, I think he’s untrustworthy with a lot of lip service. I don’t think he ever sprays my back lawn. It had been beautiful but has many bald spots, he has an excuse for that also. It was beautiful before. Only difference is my tech.

Addendum:
Josh Lykins, the lead at Norcross, has reached out to me and has addressed my concern in a polite and reasonable manner. I expect my lawn to re-achieve its customary stellar appearance. Review stars updated to reflect that.
I did not mention in my review, but would like to point out now, that I have had excellent weed control, particularly wild violets and nutsedge. Five stars for that! Thank you.

Sadly, the service has gone downhill over the 15+ years I have been a customer (#211759). Whenever there was an issue in the past, I was met personally by management (such as Mr. Cash), my yard inspected, and a solution discussed. Now, if there is a problem, you get a drive-by assessment and a text after-the fact with a wrong lawn diagnosis…and I had requested a phone call prior which never came and another one today, also no response. All the other zoysia lawns on the street are green and healthy, but not mine, which is striped and mottled from a badly applied fertilizer done on July 24. I need to ask one of my neighbors who they use! And all this after my yard was damaged by liquid fertilizer that had turned into the equivalent of dog urine in the summer heat, in 2023. I have a watering system and this is not ‘drought stress’, otherwise it would have developed this appearance in June this year! You did this, Arbor-nomics!

Having recently seeded my lawn, I had some concerns about the treatment. I met with James before the application and he greeted me and answered all my concerns with patience. Also, I appreciated the text heads-up that they would be coming

The manager Josh came shortly after I made them aware of the issue. They applied two fungal treatments and now the lawn looks great. Thank you Arbor-nomics!

We have used Arbor-nomics for a couple years. The yard has developed these brown dead patches. I went back and read the service details and nowhere have I seen any mention of this issue or any treatment for it. My expectation is that they would alert me to, and help me address any issues. I called and I am awaiting the promised manager call.

Our technician Nick has provided excellent service this year. Our lawn and shrubs have never looked better!

Very helpful about communicating when he is arriving and coordinating his schedule around my maintenance people. He is especially aware of particular needs we had this summer as a portion of my lawn was destroyed during a plumbing emergency that required a bulldozer and an enormous hole dug in the yard. We appreciate his consistent mindfulness as he carefully treats the lawn.

I have had a great experience with Abor Nomics. They have helped turn my barren wasteland of a front yard into a great place for my kids to play!

Arbor-Nomics team members are always pleasant and willing to answer any questions I have regarding my lawn.

We’ve had the worst experience with arbornomics. We have a bare yard currently and wanted a company to help us get a grass yard that will last. Their sales guy came out mid August and sold us on a weed treatment they would apply within 2-3 days, we would wait 3 weeks, and aerate/seed by 9/15 to maximize the growing season. Weeks went by and nobody ever came to do the weed treatment- we called repeatedly and kept being told someone would call us back…nobody ever did. FINALLY we got in touch with someone who said they would be applying the treatment within a week, and that tech cancelled on us twice over text message. When the guy finally showed up, he did a FERTILIZER treatment and not the weed treatment we were paying for/needing. When we pushed on it, he said it was too late in the season to apply weed control. We’ve called multiple more times and have now been told they aren’t available for over 4 more weeks to do the aeration and seeding we were supposed to already have done. At this point we are taking our business elsewhere. Done chasing this group of clowns.

Marshall is knowledgeable and attentive to the special needs of our yard. Whenever we need advice or special services, he goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service.
I can’t recommend Marshall and Arbornomics enough.

Always reliable, they keep our lawn in great health. I appreciate that they're careful to ensure the yard is secured for our pets after every service.

Chance treated my lawn today and was very attentive and communicated with me what he was doing as well as confirmation of his arrival and need to enter my backyard.

Nick did a great job today! I accidentally left the gate locked so he couldn’t get into my backyard. He let me know that it was locked and then came back to my house after servicing another yard so that he could finish the job. Thank you, Nick!
