Disclaimer: I usually let these type of things go and never call companies like this again. However after reading his reviews (Frank) I decided this would be my first review. It seems to in read the past reviews this is not new behavior and it seems to be with certain ZIP Codes.🧐🧐🧐🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

I was impressed by Photos and Videos. It gave me the impression that this was possibly the right company. But i’ll never know because they couldn’t keep their first commitment.
Was supposed to come out on September 20th or 21st 2022.

Poor communication
Made a promise and broke it
No call no show

Frank and his crew was able to find a portion of my back yard that had been lost for longer than I’ve owned the property. I was amazed at what they recovered. His guys are a hard working crew. Call Frank and he’ll find your lost back yard. Thanks Frank!!!

Frank and his crew showed up on time and finished the job early plus did some extra work. As someone else said, had I known about this company sooner, I would have had this work done last year! Definitely will recommend his services.

Frank and his crew did a great job removing a very overgrown neglected ivy bed in our front yard. Showed up early and worked in the extreme heat. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Frank and his team were able to remove two trees and several years accumulation of brush and branches from our wooded lot quickly and affordably. They were on time, professional and did a great job

I have kudzu out of control in a section of the backyard and a few days ago Frank and his team came and did a wonderful job in clearing out and removal of what I was able to have done thus far. I am hoping to be able to have them remove the rest of it as soon as possible. I am very glad I picked this company as everyone was professional, neat and worked quickly. Their name grabbed my attention. Their work exceeded my expectations. But it was their quality, attention to detail and responsiveness to what I wanted during the job that will keep me a customer forever! Frank and his team went above and beyond on my way overgrown lot. I've reclaimed the jungle that is once again my backyard. Can't endorse them highly enough!

I have a large yard that got away from me.I called Frank Thurston, owner of Overgrown Backyards. He and his crew spent 2 days working on it and it is now fantastic. I recommend this company 100%. My only regret is I didn't call him a year ago. If you need yard cleanup these are the folks to call.

Frank Thurston and his crew completely transformed our severely neglected front and back yard. It was a massive job, as the vines and bushes had literally taken over. He did all the hard work of removing poison ivy, cutting limbs, digging out bushes, pushing back ivy etc. He was prompt and polite and professional. I would highly recommend him.

I called after 5pm all set to leave a message and guess what? he answered. Then, the next day he showed up like said he would, when he said he would! Frank is great! He's honest and reasonable and when I'm ready to get the work done, I'm contacting him. If you have a huge amount of yard work and need help call Frank!

I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to Frank and his team. Not only did they take care of everything overgrown and out of control. They were able to do an entire landscape and trimming of my yard. Front to back. They also trimmed trees that I had hanging over the side of my home. You guys did an outstanding job and I will definitely be keeping you as my go to for lawn care.

Frank came out to give me an estimate. It was a little steep for me right now. But, I really want my backyard cleaned out from encroaching Kudzu, sticker weeds, vines, etc. My nextdoor neighbors and the management company have let their outdoor pruning go to hell. I guess I could call Zoning or another office to get the management company to act responsible for cleaning off their chain link fence.

As soon as I can afford Overgrown Backyard. And continue to try and reach Frank. He is really busy, but he does get back to you.

Frank and his team did an amazing job on a yard that was way overgrown. There is no way I could have handled this without him and his team. They were extremely professional and made a plan with us to make sure we were going to get what we were looking for. If you have any kind of yard services done call them and you wont be disappointed.

This is a REAL five star contractor! We are so impressed by the comprehensive effort and care exhibited by Frank and his crew. They are well trained and equipped and clearly have the desire to achieve excellent results. We highly recommend them for your yard cleanup project.

Frank did an awesome job for an excellent rate. He went above and beyond. Not only did he do the area as quoted, he threw in an area, I could not afford at this time. It was a safety issue due to neglected overgrown weeds on my neighbors property. (I live in a town home) he cut it down for me at no extra charge. I wish I had more to give him. Frank is “good people” I will use his service again. I hope you do as well!

Frank and his team did an awesome job and were very extremely responsive. Frank came and had a look at my yard and I was given a quote on the spot. I also had the option of the work being done the next day which was a great benefit. My yard is now looking great and ready for new projects

Frank and his team were amazing. We set an appointment on Friday for a consult and the very next day they got to work. The crew showed up on time and pulled and cut all the overgrown ivy in my yard. He was even willing to go back after the completion of the job to touch up some areas I added after the fact.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with Frank and his team for giving me back my backyard. My backyard was a total disaster of years of pile up of leaves, pinestraw, and the dreaded kudzu/ ivy. Frank and his crew came in and took it all away in one day. They were polite, professional and very respectful. Frank thank you again for the amazing job done by you and your team.

Our Service with Frank was FANTASTIC! He was a consummate professional. His responses were timely, he understood the job, and reinvigorated our lawn, all at a decent price. He even offered to come back after the rain washed off some of the lawn treatment he put down. He has a great customer friendly attitude, easily willing to meet customers needs. He was a pleasure to work with, I will definitely be calling him for future jobs, and I strongly recommend you do too! Thanks Frank.

Overgrown Backyards has done a wonderful job containing the kudzu in my yard. Frank was reliable and paid attention to detail. His workers were very neat and careful with my property. Frank followed through and checked to make sure everything looked clean and neat. He and his team are conscientious and caring! I am not a person to write reviews but this business deserves recognition.

We had a lot of overgrowth with a mixture of English ivy and poison ivy. Frank and his team made quick work of it and left the job site clean and useable. They saved us a lot of time and effort.
