Outstanding service. Fit me in same day as called for service (no heat). Called before showing up exactly on time. Discovered problem and was able to repair my 17 yr old system. Great work, neat and tidy and quality service. Steve explained the situation and all the tests he did to discover the problem and fixed just what was broken without trying to upsell! Would use and recommend again, without hesitation.

We recently had to replace an air conditioner and furnace and have been so happy with our service from premier. They were professional, honest and even cleaned up nice. Having to replace hvac is not a pleasant thing, but they somehow made the experience a pleasure. We’ll definitely use them for all future needs!

Used a few times over the years and am very satisfied. This time our service specialist was Mauro. He was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem.

Love, love love, Premier HVAC!! Cannot say enough good things about them. They have provided us with an installation and service (for all our units), for the past 3 years, and they are marvelous. Steve West is honest and very hardworking, and he and his office staff always provide the very best in professional and courteous service. They are quick to respond to your request for service, and they do a fantastic job. For example: Recently we had one of our units stop working due to very dirty coils causing added stress to the compressor. Our dryer vent is located right next to 2 of our AC units, and it blows dryer lint straight into the coils. Steve told us early on this would be a problem always be problematic for the coils. We got so busy we forgot to have have him come out twice a year to check on them, and clean them. It was our fault, but when we called them when one of the units went out because of it, he made sure to add us to the end of his already packed schedule for the next day. I felt bad, because this could have been avoided if we had just remembered to make annual, or biannual service appointments. But he didn't make us feel bad about that at all. Even though it meant he was having to come out late in the evening, after a very busy, full day of making service calls. He's always so polite and professional, and had our unit up and running in a matter of minutes. Then he took time out of his very busy schedule to fit us in just a few days later, to clean the coils on both AC units. Their pricing on labor and equipment is very fair, not pricy at all.

I highly recommend Premier HVAC. I don't write many reviews, but I felt compelled to do so for Premier, because of their exceptional service standards. Anyone who uses them will be very satisfied!

We used Premier HVAC 3 years ago to install 2 AC units and had great service. We called them in July to repair our furnace and it was a total disaster. Make sure you understand their pricing and policy before the service call.

There are no words to describe how wonderful this company and the people that run are. We needed a full install heating/cooling. We had gotten a quote that was just absurd. We wanted a second opinion and it was the best decision we ever made. Jackie and Steve are just absolutely amazing from the first call to the very end. They definitely come highly recommend. Will absolutely never use a different company again.

Had our HVAC cut out Sunday evening, Premier was able to come out first thing in Monday morning, diagnose, gave me a few options to repair, and by the afternoon we had our HVAC working again. Ultimately decided to just fix the blower motor but will use this company again when it's time to replace our equipment. Thank you Mauro for being so polite and professional, and for getting us repaired!

Absolutely the best HVAC service we have ever had. Premier came to us by verbal recommendation, and wow was it ever right on target! From the courteous and personable office staff, to the amazing service by Steve and his team, we were just amazed. Steve quickly responded to our service needs-showing up in 100 degree weather with gloves and mask. Within 2 hours he determined our issues, cleaned our units and refilled them with Freon, and yes we were cool again. We could not have been more impressed. In this day and age it's hard to find this level of service and expertise in any industry. We will trust all of our future air and heating needs to Premier.

Excellent! We were extremely pleased with the inspection, pricing and installation from Premier HVAC & Mechanical. We had 2 old units from the early 90's, one had gone out and the other was running inefficiently. We had a company come out initially to diagnose - after 3 visits they incorrectly diagnosed the problem as a leak in the liquid line. Steve came out and gave us options with a detailed estimate and made us feel comfortable fully explaining our options. He gave us great recommendations, diagnosed the problem correctly and even identified poor designs in the cooling distribution for our upstairs zone. This company was professional, helpful and easy to deal with. They helped us with a great financing package. Our units work great and are making our home very comfortable. Highly Recommend!!!

Let’s start off by saying one of the best HVAC. I called at 8pm the night before and they gave me a complete price breakdown & got someone for me the very next morning at 8:30am. He called 30 mins prior to arrival. He respected my home and my wishes and was very straight forward. I highly recommend and the prices you cannot beat!!!!

This is the most honest and most pleasant contractor! We asked them to price a new furnace in Dec 2021 after being told that the unit was too old to repair and that it just needed to be replaced. The owner was our actual technician and he found that the problem was a simple vacuum tube. Less than 15 min later we had reliable heat. We used them again today for a/c concerns. We had Mauro for this call and he was so charming, patient, and professional. He determined the system needed more refrigerant and tested everything. We have cold air and we are now on their scheduled maintenance plan given the age of our system. I trust that they are honest about repairs unit needs given the track record. They could have easily pushed a complete new system on us both times but after a thorough review said the repair was the best solution. We know we will need a new system at some point but we already know who we will be using when that day comes. Mauro Perez is soooo good! He came to my house and fixed the problem i was having for 3 weeks with another company. In 30 min he successfully identified the issue and fixed it. The othe company made me wait for weeks for a solution and didnt know where the problem was. They were also trying to sell me a new system for nothing! Love Premier HVAC! But even better highly recommend Mauro Perez!

My two systems were replaced by Premier HVAC. The service was excellent, and Steve was very professional. Everything was completed in a single day as promised and the process got underway on time. Premier had the lowest prices in the area when I compared prices for the systems and installation. Overall, I had a satisfying experience from start to finish.

Mauro quickly found and fixed the problem with my air conditioner that a technician from another HVAC company could not resolve. The other Company tried to sell me a whole new system and gave me an outrageous quote. If I ever do need to replace the system I would stick with Premier HVAC because of the way they handled this repair, with honesty, expertise and credibility.

Honest, good quality work at a reasonable price. We constantly have AC issues at our commercial facility and our tech Mauro is always there to help us. Staff are Very professional and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

They have R-22! I was told by others that there was no chance that I could get any and that I had to replace the AC units. Not true. Premier has the refrigerant in stock. Excellent customer service.

Multiple service calls for the same issue, over $1,000 in labor charges, and the problem was never fixed. Warranty coverage I was told I had was not honored. Another contractor later found the condenser coil was still dirty despite Premiere saying it had been cleaned. Repeated calls for help went unanswered. My experience was poor workmanship, poor communication, and no accountability.

Great company! Family owned. Steve and Jackie took great care of us. We noticed our upstairs unit was on its last leg and using the old freon. We decided it was time for an upgrade. They gave me straight forward pricing without the song and dance part of it. Would definitely recommend Premier to anyone looking for HVAC services.

I have the BEST service tech, his name is Mauro. He’s super friendly, punctual, respectful, does great work. He even rescues animals. He’s a HUGE asset to this company. They’re all very sweet and helpful. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Anyone who would give this company anything other than 5 stars, doesn’t know what they’re talking about. I recommend them to everyone I know!
