There's more than one HVACs named Premier. Be certain that you get Premier Mechanical. Others will tell you that they are the same. They aren't.

I called and received same day service. Mauro, the tech, had the repair done within 15 minutes as he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to look for based on the symptoms.

I have now used premier for a couple of years. Steve and all of his techs are very honest and hard working people. Always giving their best as well as going the extra mile to install all of the equipment properly. There is not another hvac company in Atlanta area that I would use over them.

Count me impressed! AC went out last night. I called in this morning and got an appointment for between 4-7 today. Marco Perez called at 4:10 and arrived promptly 15 minutes later. He found the problem FAST, explained and showed me what the problem was (blown capacitor), fixed it, and tested it and was on to his next call by 5pm! He was very professional and would 100% recommend him and the company.

Had to call them out on July 4th.... they answered the phone, got a technician scheduled and he came during the two hour window promised. He fixed the problem and had us back up and running quickly.

She got me scheduled for a 9 am visit the next morning to address my A/C unit that wasn’t working upstairs. I called on a super hot day looking for a quick appointment to repair my ailing air conditioner and they worked me in that day. When the tech arrived, the unit was frozen so he shut it off and returned a few hours later after it thawed to assess the problem. He was able to repair a leak and clean the coils at that point. In addition to being fast and responsive, what I most appreciated about the company was how very kind every person was. From the front office staff to the techs, everyone was positive, friendly, and very kind. It was noticeable and much appreciated.

Premier HVAC saved me. I got home from work one day and my 20ish year old AC unit had finally died. it was 90 degrees and my pets were so miserable as was I.
I called several other companies all of whom told me it would be 2-3 weeks til they could come and look at it. I called Premier and they answered right away and came out the next day. they were able to give us a temporary fix the day after it broke but informed us that we needed a new unit (which we guessed since its so old).
We compared prices for new unit and installation and Premier was the best in the area.
On top of being reasonably priced, they are professional, kind, and do an excellent job. Many thanks to them for saving us during the hottest time of year. I'll send anyone who I talk to Premier!

Their tech came to our townhome for the HVAC heat pump issue, spent more than 3 hours diagnosing the issue and then told us that we had to replace the zoning control board and the thermostat at $1400 in total. We were charged $390.00 for the diagnosis. We were not convinced by what he told us. Then, we called another HVAC contractor from different company to look at the issue. He was able to pin point the issue with the unit in 15 minutes and fixed it by refilling refrigerant at around $300! What a difference! I will never trust and use Premier HVAC Mechanical Corporation again!

Very responsive and professional when I had TWO systems fail on the same day for different reasons. They came out on Saturday as promised and took care of everything for a fair price with totally professional documentation and workmanship. Highly recommended!

We used Premier HVAC Mechanical Corporation to replace our upstairs HVAC located in the attic, and they were fantastic. Steve and his team protected our flooring by laying plastic along our hallway, moved the old unit out and installed the new one.
