Had a friend recommend them and so glad they did! Amazing experience with Alex and Ful-Bro. Breath of fresh air compared to other HVAC companies that I've dealt with. Honest. No high pressure sales pitch (or up-selling). No feeling like you have been to shady used car lot after dealing with them. Great product, great service. Competitive pricing. We had AC/furnace unit replaced in no time. There is a reason these guys have been around since 1967! One of the last family-owned/ran companies in the area that hasn't been swallowed up by huge, non-caring, mega businesses. Don't waste time calling anyone else! Much more comfortable now! My company has been using Ful-Bro Heating and Air for possibly over 2 decades. Originally our technician was Tom and no one was better than him. He knew systems and could fix anything. Tom has since retired but luckily staff at Ful-Bro has continued to service our needs and handle whatever comes up.

Admin staff is always polite, friendly and very responsive. The latest facility service was on 02/13/25. Technician was very respectful of business operations and prompt with his work. Great service.

Ful-Bro is by far the best HVAC company we have ever used. We own a condo in Atlanta in an older, historic building. Ful-Bro is one of the few companies that has technicians knowledgeable enough to service our older hvac units. Taylor, our technician, was knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. He is one of the best! Their prices are reasonable and they go out of their way to diagnose and fix issues. Highly recommend!

Always great customer service and quality repairs. One of their service people, Dakota came out yesterday a few hours after I called about 7:30 am, because my furnace stopped working at 1:30 am. Thankfully I do have 2 space heaters. I used only one on low in the bedroom area. After checking everything, Dakota was able to get it running with a short term fix until a new part can be obtained. Dakota did an awesome job making sure I had heat and even checked in later to ensure it was still working. Due to the ice storm it I'm hoping the part is in stock locally with a supplier for my furnace model. Glad to have heat!

If you are looking for a company that can provide you highly skilled and comprehensive service for all your HVAC needs, this is the company. They do not simply come out every 6 months and change your filters and check your freon. They take a "global" approach to HVAC system(s) and how they perform in your home. I was with another big company for 22 years, when I started having what appeared to be indoor air quality issues. My prior HVAC company was more interested in selling high profit products than correctly evaluating the situation and providing a proper diagnosis of the source of the air quality issues. Tony took the time to come out to my house and work through and correctly diagnose the problem. This company's work is high quality. They truly go above and beyond in their high quality service and in providing effective solutions to complicated issues.

Mauro was efficient and professional and quickly fixed our system issue on a very hot day.

Had to have both systems replaced in my home. Never met anyone in person (which was incredibly accommodating, other companies refused to give a free proposal without the homeowner being present) - but they are the best HVAC company ever! For the last 12 years, I have worked with Coolray exclusively, for installation and maintenance. The level of service from Premier is so much better. They were able to schedule install within two days from proposal... in late August! They were finished up before I even got home from work. I will recommend them to ANYONE needing HVAC service or install!

Mauro, the technician that was assigned the job was professional and did a good job of explaining the work and showed a high level of care in completing the work safely and in a timely manner. Premier HVAC also was able to complete the work sooner than originally scheduled which was an added benefit. They were able to complete the work the same day we called.

I am still new to that Atlanta area so when I need some type of home service, it's hard to know whom to depend on and trust. When my air conditioning stopped working in August, I didn't have a lot of time to do research. I did call around some though, and I chose Premier HVAC because the woman who answered the phone, Jackie, was just so friendly - and she and Steve went out of their way to help me out because I had no AC and it was August! When Steve came, he was just as friendly as Jackie was and made my mother laugh with his humor. Most of all, he thoroughly checked into my AC problem, took the time to explain to me what was happening, fixed everything on the spot, and made the extra effort to answer all my AC/heating questions - many of which did not have to do with the AC problem at hand. The good people at Premier HVAC are professional, friendly, honest and thorough. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend them to everyone!
