I had a great experience today with Cool AIr Mechcanical & Plumbing. Things went smooth from start to finish. I called in around 9 AM to scehedule an appoint,ment to look at my furnace. The customer care person was frienly and courteous and scheulded a technician to arrive at my home by noon. I got an update prior to the technician's arrival. It included the technician's name along with a photo. The technician also called me regarding his arrival time.

Joseph Sawdy was the technician who came out today. He was extremely polite. I took him to the attic to look at the furnace. He conducted several safety checks and then got the unit up and running very quickly. I found him to be very knowledgeable about HVAC systems an equipment. I would definitely want him to come out again to look at my systems. He is a great technician!

Based on this experience I will use Cool Air Mechcanical & Plumbing for future service on my HVAC systems. I have also scheduled them to provide me with a cost to replace a complete system, AC and heating.

Think twice before you go with these folks. Prior homeowner had Cool Air install a Lennox HVAC system. Our system went down one day spring 2025, and Cool Air said we needed a $1300 pressure switch and the part would take some time to arrive. I do appreciate that they let us borrow portable heaters during wait. Took 3 weeks to get the install, and me repeatedly calling them after they said they would update me but did not. I feel like they forgot about us. The tech commented on bad quality wiring, and asked who installed our system. I said your company, Cool Air!
Flash forward fall 2025, my zoning goes down, and I call Bardi because I'm not trusting Cool Air again. They come to fix the zoning and say that the dampers installed were basic ones that only open or close, rather than partially open, which is supposed to be the ones that are installed with this "high end" Lennox S40 system. I could go on about Cool Air having a completely unknowledgeable tech come two years ago and told us to buy a Lennox thermostat that the 2nd tech couldn't install because it was the wrong one for that zone. Had to buy a different one. Go with this company at your own risk. Cool Air is one of the many HVAC companies owned by mega corps that have been taking over HVAC companies across America. There are still several family owned local companies in Metro Atlanta for you to choose from that will do better.

Out with the old and in with the new! Devon showed up for technician diagnostic on the coldest night of the year (15• F) then sent me to Stan in sales. After comparing lots of quotes, I chose CoolAir and the install scheduling team and installers Afshi, Jean Paul had a system running for me in less than one day of payment. What a warm relief!

Steven was an amazing tech. He was timely, polite, courteous and professional. He fixed my AC problems, walked me through every detail, then was on his way. It's great to know that there are still techs out there that care about their level of service and client satisfaction. Obviously the owner, Pat, respects and takes care of his staff. It shows. Highly recommended.

I am so impressed with this company! I called during a heatwave on a weekend. From the dispatcher to the technician everyone was polite, efficient and courteous. Thank you I will definitely be using them again for my business and home

I am very pleased with this company. I've purchased a furnace from them three years ago and I had no issues. However, lately, I've been experiencing leaks from my condensation pipe due to a massive clog. The tech, Colby, went above and beyond to fix the issuse. I live in a condo on the bottom floor and my pipe is shared with two other units above me so it was sort of difficult to complete this task. But Colby was able to find a way to resolved the problem! I would recommend him and the company for any HVAC replacements / pipe cleaning/ affordale pricing / great customer service any day!

Full Bro Engineering is a top quality company.
They have serviced my heat and air for forty years. One of their servicemen, Kyle, is highly qualified and a true gentleman. He goes above and beyond to be helpful. After he did the service work, he helped me complete a couple of projects that were difficult for me.

Ful-Bro installed our Carrier heating and air system nearly ten years ago. The system has worked great and their routine servicing keeps it working in all seasons. Their technicians are always friendly, professional and on time. We have no reason to use any one else.

The reason we have the preventive maintenance program with Full-Bro is because when our air conditioner stopped working on Saturday; the on call tech was ready and willing to come to the house within twenty minutes! We did not feel it was urgent, so we waited until the weekend ended and had it fixed in a timely manner at a sum that was so fair!! Ful-Bro is professional, courteous, and timely!

I have been using Ful-Bro Heating and Air for about 15 years. I have always had great service. They come out twice a year to check my air conditioner and my Heater. Alex the service person is so friendly and nice and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain all that he did and if anything is wrong. I think he is an asset to the company.

I have been using Ful-Bro for over 40 years. They are always prompt, do a great job and their price is always so reasonable that I do not need to get a competitave bid. Best of all, they stand behind their work and always make sure that you are taken care of properly and that you are satisfied.

I had read positive reviews about Ful-Bro on their website and through our neighborhood app, so I tried them and they lived up to their ratings. Our assigned technician, Mark, called to ask whether he could come earlier than the scheduled time as he was available. He showed up exactly at the new time and discussed what he planned to do and then asked me to show him where the thermostats and units were located. He went about his business and then came back to tell me what he had done and the condition of our systems. Mark also answered questions I had about the annual service plan. He was pleasant, professional, and personable. Mark mentioned that he was relatively new to the company. My opinion is Ful-Bro made a great hire and I hope to see Mark again when our Fall service comes due.

Six years ago, Ful-Bro replaced our a/c & natural gas system with a Carrier heat pump. The system has been very efficient and completely satisfactory in heating and cooling our home. Because the installation experience was so good, we have had Ful-Bro continue to maintain the equipment. No repairs have been needed. Ricky has done most of the inspection, testing and air-filter replacement. He is courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He's great at explaining what he tests and what the tests show. We always enjoy his visits.

Ful-Bro Heating & Air is on point! Had an issue with my furnace this morning and Alex was out here within the afternoon to address the problem. He had it fixed within an hour. I was 100% pleased with him and the company's service! Would highly recommend.

I have used Ful-Bro Heating and Air for years to service our units. Definitely recommend the service agreement and have them come out every spring and fall. We have always had the same service technician, Tom, service our units which we really appreciate. Tom is extremely knowledgeable! Last month we made the decision to have our two air conditioning units replaced. Both were very old and although working, not as efficiently as new units. Ful-Bro replaced both units and we are extremely pleased with the entire process from the quote through the installation. Allen provided the pricing and the necessary information we needed to make this decision. A team of four came out to install the two units. Kyle and Cody walked me through the process and were incredibly knowledgeable and extremely professional! Everyone wore masks when inside our home. This is a smaller, long time family owned business and you certainly feel as though you are part of the family. I highly recommend Ful-Bro! Best service and pricing!

I noticed that Ful-Bro has a ton of good reviews. Had them come out today to look at my water pump HVAC since it’s been taking a dive lately. Dakota came and fixed everything thoroughly and troubleshot all problems in a very professional manner. All these reviews are definitely valid!

His name is Alex and I just can’t say enough nice things about him. He is professional, nice
and a caring person. I called on 7/29 because my a/c went out and Alex was
at my house at 230pm same day . He got it repaired quickly so this 70 year old

From the initial call to the actual service, our experience with Ful-Bro was excellent. We have worked with so many contractors and specialists this year renovating our house, so our hopes were not high when we needed to have our broken heater fixed. This is the most professional company that I've ever used for my AC units. Steven Gouge, was phenomenal!! He was on time, had excellent customer, was down-to-earth, just plain friendly and very professional. For those of you who have NEVER tried this company, you're missing out.
