Terell was very helpful and got straight to work ! He was professional and courteous! He figured out the problem in a timely manner and quickly got our heat back up and running. We had very positive experience and appreciate Terell coming out on a Sunday evening. Just one more reason why we love RS Andrew’s!

From the initial contact with Patrick to the follow-up email photos and comments, every step in this process was beyond our expectations!

Patrick communicated well, arrived on time, and conducted a very thorough inspection of our attic. He completed a proposal including all of our options, and he answered my many questions on the day of our appointment. The follow-up email covered everything in writing, and we set our appointment for "installation day".

We want to express our sincere gratitude for the excellent service we received from the R.S. Andrews insulation team. We truly appreciate the hard work of Terry, Marshall, Knowledge, and Isaac while working in our home. They spent time setting up with careful consideration for our home, including drop cloths and bumpers on the path to our attic entrance. Each individual conducted themselves professionally while providing communication updates throughout the day. All expectations were exceeded, including the clean-up which left little to no trace!

We know our house can present some unique challenges, but everyone was professional, helpful, and communicative throughout the day, working tirelessly without any complaints. We are so thankful we found R.S. Andrews - exceptional service and competitive pricing!

First let me tell you that I'm a senior old person, the kindness that I received from Pau and the ladies that I spoke with and your wonderful company, that I will never forget. Please excuse me, I forgot the ladies names that answered the call,and the calls to check on me.I was very upset and the gracious,sweetness and care that they gave me was awesome.I' alone and have no one to call.
when I saw what was happening in my 7 yr.old home,I was scared to death.
Pau, worked so very very hard to fix my plumbing needs and was so professional, he showed me kindness,and care. He explained everything that he was doing. It was very cold outside and he had the best attitude !!!!! He took the TIME to DOUBLE check everything before he left. Pau explained to me that I' going to need more repairs,AND GUESS WHO I'M USING !!!! I have already told several neighbors and RS Andrews and my experience. They also will be calling. This is a senior community,with old ladies,informed them there is no better safety and service.RS Andrews will be used alot in here,without being scared, or over priced for help.

Great experience having the HVAC unit replaced in my condo. Max was very professional, from start to finish he kept me informed about each step, tested the unit thoroughly, and did a great job. Amber from sales was great as well, explaining the options and making the process super easy and efficient. Highly recommend.

I called David at RS Andrews to help fix a leak caused by another plumber. He immediately knew what the problem was and helped fix the issue. He was very professional and I would definitely use him again. I will not make the mistake of using another plumbing company.

I found R.S. Andrews plumbing service through the TrustDale service guide. They sent out Pau Sam and he was so professional, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to locate the leak in my wall quickly and efficiently. I will now be recommending this company to my HOA to use in the future for their plumbing needs. I now have a plumbing company to recommend to my friends and family.

Blake responded ahead of a deep February cold spell. He was personable, knowledgeable and responsive. Unfortunately R S Andrews does not repair Bryant Furnaces that are 55 years old like mine. Blake did agree to inspect the unit and attempt to identify issues. After our joint inspection he said he concurred with my efforts to maintain and keep the furnace running, said he thought it would be safe to operate under careful surveillance, but he recommended replacement. I scheduled a date to prepare an written estimate.

I had an excellent experience with a consultation and ultimate installation of a Rinnai tankless water heater. Brennan Pilson was thorough in the original consultation and efficiently and effectively replaced our aging tank heater with the tankless. And left the worksite in excellent condition. Price was reasonable for the work performed. I would use R.S. Andrews again for future work.

This review is based on a home visit. RS Andrews provided a plumbing estimate to my husband yesterday morning. We were very pleased with the experience with our tech, Mohamed. He came out to our home first thing Friday morning and provided a quote for a major plumbing repair. During his time with us he listened to exactly what we needed and provided information for what we specifically asked for without demanding extra unnecessary fees from the client who is already faced with a stressful and expensive situation. He was very polite and knowledgeable during the visit and provided a quick and detailed quote for the requested job. Regardless of outcome of our particular situation, they have gained an ambassador. We appreciate great customer service. I would certainly recommend calling RS Andrews for any plumbing or HVAC needs!

My longtime tech at RS Andrews, David Rosati, was predictably on-time, professional, friendly, and efficient. During the course of performing a Winter maintenance check, he noticed my hot water heater was leaking, and brought this to my attention. Thank you, David Rosati! Well done.

Mr. Jose Sanchez was very effective and professional. He put the correct size of belt on my attic fan as soon as he had noticed the previous one was broken. Then, he told me that was possible to replace my 71 years old fan by a newer one that was more effective and quieter. (I did not know that a newer model was available). He noticed too that insulating now my attic would cool my rooms in Summer and warm them in Winter. I will consider his suggestions to update my home cooling!

I could ask for better service than I have received from RS Andrews Electrical. Starting with setting up the appointment with Drew. He was pleasant and professional. He handled my concern with compassion and explained the process as it would transpire. Come the appointed date and time, I received a call from a dispatcher. She continued the professional and courteous tone letting me know my electrician was on the way. Travon, I simply cannot say how pleased I am with his professionalism and the high level of customer service he provided. He seemed to know where the problem was but checked all other elements that may cause problems in the future. Finally, the cost of the service was below what I left, estimated. That is always a good thing. Yes, when Travon left, I had a R S Andrews smile on my face. Could not have asked for better.

Jonte did a great job. Arrived according to the expected time, found the problem quickly, explained the problem (dirty flame sensor pin), fixed it, and was on his way. The company also sent texts on the arrival time. The initial customer service interactions when I called the service number was great as well!

Will Macon was totally awesome! I’m a caregiver for my 89 year old mother who just came out of the hospital on Sunday. Our furnace went out on Tuesday. I called R. S. Andrews on Tuesday. Will was at our home on Wednesday morning. He examined our system and got us a GREAT DEAL on a new furnace and AC. It was awesome. The new system was installed on Thursday. By Thursday afternoon we had heat from a NEW FURNACE. Thank you Will and thank you R. S. Andrews for all that you do. You may have saved a life. Thank you!!!!

Brennan did an awesome job. He and Rich built a copper manifold for us. Our old one which was broken was a product that last 7 years. We hope that the copper one is the best choice. Brennan was so helpful either by text or call when we had questions. I definitely recommend RS Andrew’s.

Great service! Zeb Brown was super professional and very customer centric!

Another shout out to Zeb! He explained everything, worked for hours in the hot attic (we gave him water, Gatorade, and bananas and he took appropriate breaks), and made sure the job was done.

We love our regular tech, Terry Hightower, also and it’s great to experience the consistent high customer service.

I’m a little disappointed in the back office lately. They’ve always been responsive and proactive. Our parts orders have been delayed recently but I’m going to give them a pass given the great history and knowing that the weather has increased their demand. Let’s hope they get things under control.

Damian was so helpful, and knowledgeable! He remembered not only our systems’ issues from over a year ago, but the circumstances of that service call. He also is coordinating our repairs with next week’s scheduled maintenance. So grateful that Damian is assigned to service calls!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Shawn from Cool Air Plumbing. He came out to replace our water heater and was nothing short of amazing. From the moment he arrived (super early in the morning so our family wouldn’t go without hot water!), he was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough.

Shawn quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly in a way we could understand, and handled the entire job with care and precision. His work was top-notch, and his positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
