Brian did a great job and was very respectful.The only reason I didn't use the service is because it's just too expensive. It shouldn't cost $534.00 to replace a simple garbage disposal that cost about a $130.00. He does not set the prices though so I do not fault him personally! If I had a more complex issue going on something that required real plumbing expertise, I would have definitely considered using Brian and RS Andrews if they were somewhat competitive with their pricing.

Harold Lyon is so knowledgeable in his work, care for his clients and knows how to educate about the work that needs to be done. We are satisfied with the work he has done for us. We will definitely use RS Andrew's again and you should use them too.

Luis came out to check our system for a possible issue. He found the problem quickly and corrected it. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and was very pleasant to deal with. We’d be happy to work with him again!

Originally, had RSAndrews install our HVAC system almost 10 years ago. They have maintained it since then. We are very happy with their professionalism and expertise. They arrive on time and complete the work expeditiously. They make suggestions for improvement and alternatives. In an ocean environment, we are especially happy with their performance.

Dispatch had a plumber out the next day, inside the time window they provided, and with a call to say our Plumber James R. Jr was 30 minutes away.

James was an extremely knowledgeable professional. He explained everything he did clearly so I could understand my options and his professional point of view. We worked through several plumbing issues in my home and it was obvious James enjoyed and took pride in his work.

I am very happy with the work I am very confident it was done right. 10/10 would recommend.

I want to extend a huge compliment to RS Andrews for immediately arriving at my condo following to repair request. Luis installed a (really $$$) thermostat a few weeks ago and now I have a rattle behind it when the fan comes on. Today Luis listened to the rattle and we discovered it was the metallic frame of a picture I had next to the thermostat. We removed the picture and sure enough the rattle stopped. I am personally a professional with 2 Masters Degrees and I am somewhat mechanically inclined. How embarrassing? The education did not contribute to simple logic and Luis proved it. He was here for 10 minutes and then was out the door with a huge smile. I sincerely appreciate Drew for sending Luis out so quickly. Luis deserves a huge reward for exercising his professional mannerism and simple problem solving skills. Thank you sir!

Thank you Thomas Conner for repairing my toilet. It took us a couple visits to finally diagnose what the issue was but he never gave up. Thomas was always professional and explained everything to me. I will definitely call him again if I have a plumbing issue.

James was great. Initial assessment was thorough and on target. Came back next day and made a quick install of two faucet cartridges that fixed the hot water problem we were having.

Brandon and Garrett did an awesome job replacing the severely rusted gas line to our house. They worked as a team and expertly replaced. They were professional, courteous and certainly knew what they were doing. They are welcome at our house anytime!

Disappointed that I chose RS Andrews to install and maintain my HVAC mini-split system. The installation was plagued by their failure a long mix-up in the ordering and delivery of parts. I was prepared to let that slide but the warranty and maintenance has been a nightmare. Now, I have been lied to by the maintenance department. After claiming that they were experts in mini-splits, they keep sending out "technicians" who have received ZERO training on these systems, which require specialized knowledge. Not only did the first one refuse to crawl into a very clean, dry crawl space to check the unit in there, but he attempted to charge us for something that was clearly under warranty, saying "we'll see about that" before being corrected by his office. A return visit was required because the part needed to be order, and I was told by customer that the next time that would send a qualified, trained "supervisor." I told them I was willing to wait for the right person. The young man clearly isn't a supervisor. He came admitted he had no training on mini-splits, and was unable to figure out something via the manual. He asked me questions about the system and expressed exasperation. This is a total joke.

Excellent service! Within a few minutes of requesting HVAC services to repair my heating system, R.S. Andrews called to schedule a same day appointment. Teyon quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the system. I highly recommend Teyon and R.S. Andrews for your home maintenance and repair services.

We used R.S. Andrews today, new customers and the tech Luis M provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, patient and very thorough with reviewing our HVAC system needs. From the time I called to scheduled the first appointment to the end of the first service call, the customer service has been really good. Very professional. So far we are pleased.

Kwame was polite, prompt, and Educational. He helped me understand the importance of using good quality filters for HVAC.

I better know the service warranty after year one. I will get the air ducks cleaned when you guys come out in June. All because Kwame took the time to help me better understand my options.

Kwame is a asset to RS Andrew's, and he feels the same about RS Andrew's.

We've been longtime RS Andrews customers for HVAC and plumbing jobs large and small, and we've always been very pleased with their commitment to customer service and their knowledgeable staff. Blake was our representative today for our regular furnace maintenance. He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable, & clean and neat. You might find a company that charges a bit less, but you won't get this level of service and quality.

Thomas was great to deal with. He was upfront about our options and worked with us to find the best solution for hot water in our home. He educated us on the options and was just a lovely person to deal with. This is our second time using R.S Andrew’s for plumbing services and we are now customers for life! I contacted RD Andrews to inquire about getting the attic above my garage insulated. Terry Taylor was assigned and he come to my place and gave me a very thorough opinion of the need and what I might consider. By the time he was ready to leave, I had decided that I would definitely move forward with the work as we discussed. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the work could be done the following day and that Terry would be the installer. As promised, the next day Terry and his associate arrived when promised and within 2.5 hours, the work and all associated cleanup was complete. He provided me with photos of the "before and after". Terrific work! I am very happy with all that was done. You can bet that future need will be offered to RS Andrews. The photos are before and after.

Brandon Smith was the RS Andrew’s plumber that completed a massive repair in my son’s front yard. He was so professional and knowledgeable. It was a major undertaking, and I could not have been more pleased with the way it turned out. It took several hours to complete. Him and the entire crew did beautiful work to my yard.

Travolta was a great technician. On time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He had the trouble figured within 20 minutes of arrival. It took a short while for him to fix both problems. I highly recommend Travon as a technician.

RS Andrews has always been very responsive and the service representatives are very knowledgeable when they come to my home for the bi-annual service visits. Today was no exception! I was very impressed with our technician today. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with.
