Holt Hudson HVAC is a best a/c company you can ask you. I called today and they came to my door within 30 minutes and John fixed the issue for my over 20 year unit and my heat was back on after his job. I highly recommend this company to everyone need a/c service.

When the heat pump burned up, making it necessary to replace both it and the air handler, I called John Hudson with Holt Hudson HVAC because of the many favorable comments I’d seen and heard regarding their company.
Good decision; the logistics of the install were extremely challenging, but they kept a great attitude and got it done. I’m so pleased with the job they did and would absolutely recommend them to address any HVAC issues.

John is so professional and knows his stuff! He diagnosed the problem quickly and didn’t have the part in his truck. He went out of his way to go and pick it up so that my son and I would have heat tonight! Don’t ever hesitate to call John. He’s simply the best at what he does. We have warmth now!

My experience with Holt Hudson was GREAT! I started with a big box company, who quoted me something ridiculous. While they were in the truck writing up the official quote, I talked to John who gave me a much more reasonable quote. I sent them home, and he came out the same day. He was professional, nice, and fixed my issue in the amount of time it took the other company to create the quote for a fraction of the cost. I will be using Holt Hudson for all my HVAC needs moving forward.

(Typical) Georgia weather hit us with a sudden temperature drop, and our heat wasn’t working. We called Holt Hudson Heating and Air Conditioning and had an amazing, professional experience. John came out right away, quickly figured out the issue and did a thorough check of all our HVAC equipment to make sure everything was working properly. He fixed the problem without needing any major (or unnecessary) repairs and also shared some helpful maintenance tips. We’re new to the area, so it was nice to find an honest, reliable HVAC company we can trust. We’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!

John Hudson, owner of Holt Hudson HVAC Services, is truly an amazing HVAC professional! He is extremely knowledgeable of all HVAC services and equipment. We called him recently to address some heating issues in our home and he showed up the next morning to assess our needs. By the end of the day, he provided us with a detailed quote which was very reasonable in price. John has performed HVAC services for us in the past and he is very personable and a true professional in all respects. Simply put, he does great work at very reasonable prices!

Great company to work with. We manage several rental properties and have worked with different HVAC companies. Holt Hudson was able to fit us into their schedule in a reasonable time, were punctual, did great work and were reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

John was fantastic. He came out on very short notice, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had our HVAC system up and running in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on without any pressure or upselling. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting us comfortable as fast as possible. Can’t recommend John enough—this is the kind of service you hope for but don’t always get.

Travon Jackson did a very thorough job of tracking down a difficult electrical problem. I was very pleased with his knowledge and personable personality. Great job Travon, and kudos to RS Andrew’s for having such an excellent person on their staff.

Zoned HVAC was running non stop, not cycling off and one zone was not distributing heat adequately.
Terrell arrived as scheduled . He was very thorough in investigating the issues I was experiencing. His troubleshooting efforts identified the problem/resolution which required a part to be ordered.
Terrell answered my questions and explained next steps after order placed. .
This was my time using RS Andrews. Very satisfied with the diagnostic services performed and the expertise of the technician.

We have used RS Andrews services for over 30 years at two different homes. Whether HVAC, plumbing or electrical, they always are on time, friendly and competent. We have an annual HVAC maintenance contract that includes a discount on any other service we have them perform. Very responsive and reasonable pricing for anything from having an electrician come just to change the bulbs in our ceiling lights to replacement of our water heater and furnace. I can't recommend them enough.

Jon did a great job of replacing my hot water heater! My hot water tank is located in a closet at the end of a hallway, leaving very little room to work around. Jon was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of this job, and his workmanship and dedication to his profession was very admirable. There were several challenging situations that he handled, and the finished install looks great.

R. S. Andrews Technicians Luke & (Amir, who was in training) were absolutely great. Luke called me as Nick told me he would. They were prompt, courteous, and presented well. No problem when I mention to wear shoe covering (booties). They checked out all they were looking for to start and complete job. Luke is a great, skilled, and to the point guy. Amir listened, took notice to what Luke requested of him, so the process was thoroughly done right. Luke did not mind me asking questions and answered extremely well. He made me aware of a possible hazard he came upon in the chimney. He was able to relay information over the phone to homeowner, Mr. C., who was on his way home. He also told Mr. C. he had tightened a loose wire on wall by dryer. We thanked them both. We were/are pleased with R. S. Andrews service and we will definitely refer them to others. Superb technicians and service today. Thank them for respecting me and my home. We thank Trust Dale Cardwell for letting us know about this awesome company.

I called for service at 9:00 on a Saturday and the technician was here by 9:45. He called before he came and I received a phone call from the RS Andrews saying he was on his way. He was professional, thorough and competent. The repair was done quickly and heat restored. Great company with highly trained technicans.

David Stitt of RS Andrews has helped us out a few times. He has performed a repair on our tankless water heater and recently installed exterior water line access for a remodeling project. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable. We trust his guidance and appreciate his skill set. After listening to my vision for our external remodeling project, he suggested a more efficient solution that also created future flexibility should we ever decide to perform internal remodeling. I strongly recommend David and the RS Andrew team. As a transplant to the area, we left behind contractors and service companies we had known and trusted for years. We are very happy to have found a company we can trust as we plant roots here.

Our main water burst this morning and R.S Andrews came to the rescue in a very timely manner! Jaime was awesome! He explained everything that he was doing and after completing the work showed me a photo of the repair. This could have been a disaster without the right company. Thank you 😊

Excellent job. Explained each step he would be taking. I was very satisfied. James did an excellent job! He was able to resolve my water pressure issue in hardly no time. He was professional, friendly and efficient.

Furnace was acting up this morning. RS Andrews fit in a technician to come out as available. Quick call back and response with friendly and courteous staff. The technician, Andrew F., arrived in a timely manner, was extremely professional and friendly and corrected the issue. Highly recommend.

We had an emergency and Ezequiel showed up quickly and did a great job. He kept us updated along the way, and when he was done he asked if we wanted him to look at anything else. It jogged my memory about something else. He took care of it, which saved us another service call. Highly recommend!

Travon was very knowledgeable and professional. The company however needs more cohesion between electrican, plumber and the timely process of providing estimates. It's been over two weeks now and I still do not have a comprehensive quote for HVAC system installation with gas furnace. Competitors have been able to give me a quote upon initial consultation.

Justin is not on your app. Please add him. He was very polite and professional and personable! He spent the day putting up 4 Chandeliers for us. We were very satisfied with the work. Will definitely use RS Andrew’s again if needed.
