This was the week of coldest temperatures for our heat to be out. Our system was older and parts took awhile but as soon as parts arrived Bruce was out taking care of our problem. Very professional service. Would use them again should I have a need. Recommended by our insurance HomeServe. They did an excellent job. Thank you.

We have had the pleasure of meeting Jeff and he's such a kind person who's always willing to help out in time of need. We have told several of that if they need any work done on their air to definitely give him a call.

G&L services is the best heating &air company !!My unit is nearly 30 years old ,, I thought for sure when my air went out last week, it was going to have to be put to bed and have to buy a new one which would’ve had to wait a bit,$$ is tight with no end in sight so a little anxious about it to say the least ,,but by the next day, and only because of George Loyak and his knowledge and determination and most, and any others that I have done business with would not have done such ,,I would’ve been buying a new unit currently ,,,,but my air conditioner is living another day without having to buy a new one and without missing any work thanks so much George Loyak @G&Lservices

PROS: On the night of 5/6/19 my condenser fan was not running. It got to 82 degrees in my house that night. I placed a Service call to G & L services on 5/7/19 at 8:18am for my unit that this company had installed in 2012. We have never had any issues with this unit or the install which they performed. The Service tech arrived on 5/7/19 at 12:36pm. The problem with my unit was found in approximately 5 minutes, a bad capacitor. Service call was only $59, very reasonable.
CONS: I was charged $82 for a $16 capacitor! This is why I am only giving two stars. This is a 512.5% mark up!!!

They installed a new air conditioner for us in May 2016. In the winter of 2016, the heat stopped working. They had the condensation line just draining under the house and that's what caused it to short out. I called that morning when I woke up (it was 58 degrees in our house). The owner said that they couldn't make it out that day because the roads were too bad. I threw a fit demanding someone come out to fix, which they did come out and fix it. On 8/24/17 our air conditioner stopped cooling. We called these crooks only for them to say they don't service our area anymore. Kind of shocking to me since they are based in the same county we live in. Thankfully we found some honest air conditioning folks that came out to do the warranty work for G and L services. We did have to pay the labor but thankfully at least the manufacturer stands behind their equipment (unlike G and L services). This review is 100 percent accurate, I am not a liar.

These guys just switched out my 22 year old unit with a brand-new unit today. Super professional crew, friendly, and very detail oriented. They did such a great job! Thanks so much!

Love them. They are fast and they stand behind their work. One year they had to take all unit apart completely and reassemble it to fix it and we have not had a issue with it

Excellent service. The tech came out on a Saturday night and fixed our A/C unit. He was super fast and efficient, but still extremely friendly. Very fair rates for an off-hours call. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Our AC unit went out after hours, I called G&L and in less than an hour the tech arrived and fixed the issue. I didn’t catch the tech’s name but he was awesome! He fixed our issue in no time and for after hours pricing, it was very reasonable!! Highly recommend this company, will be using them again!!
