My hvac stopped working over the weekend, the blower was blowing but no heat or ac. I called Monday morning, and “sometime Wednesday” was the earliest appointment.

On Wednesday I got a call saying the the technician, Travis, was about 30 minutes away. When he got here he checked the unit. Travis found a switch that had burned out and had the replacement part in the service vehicle. Once replaced he checked a couple other parts that could cause the burnt out switch. Everything tested fine. While talking, I learned Travis has over20 years experience.

The hvac works now, both heat and ac. He also checked the coolant levels and said it’s ok.

Tobin and Joey were awesome! They came out and got me fixed up right away. They were punctual and very responsive. HIGHLY recommend!

I am a customer of American Home Shield. It’s time consuming dealing with AHS. When they finally put me in contact with Best Rate and I spoke with Debbie she immediately got me scheduled and when the parts were back ordered she stayed on top of AHS until the parts arrived. The day Alan and Travis came to install the AC/Heat unit was a terrible day weather wise. There was a heavy downpour the entire time they were here. I offered to reschedule but they insisted on installing it. I know it wasn’t easy getting the unit into the basement in the rain and mud. But they did it. They were very friendly and professional. I will certainly refer them to my friends. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The technicians were courteous and knew what they were doing. The repair was done quickly and we were back in business. I would recommend them highly.

We used Best Rate heating and air many times at different homes. Have never been unsatisfied with any work. They took out an entire system including ductwork and registers recently and we could not be happier. Months back we set a date that would work for us and the morning of set date work began! Awesome guys every time.

Service was excellent. Called home warranty and told it would be the end of week before they could come out. They the morning to see if the could come day or so earlier.
